Obama skips his grandmother's funeral. wtf?

It’s been 3 weeks since the Obama campaign announced that his grandmother passed away on Sunday, Nov 2nd. There has been no other news about this since then. A check of the Hawaiian newspapers comes up with articles about the report made by the Obama campaign, but nothing else. It is important to note that the information came from the Obama campaign and to date it has not been independently verified by anyone.

There is no obituary on Madelyn Dunham in any Hawaiian newspapers. Obituaries are standard practice in all major newspaper throughout the US . This is very unusual, especially noting the importance of Dunham in Obama’s life and his visit to Hawaii in late October because of her illness. You would think there would at least be an obituary in The Honolulu Adviser, or other Hawaiian newspaper.

The Honolulu Adviser wrote in their Nov 3rd article… “The Honolulu medical examiner's office said it did not handle the case, suggesting that Dunham's death was an "attended death" monitored by a physician” (http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/20081103/BREAKING0...). Normally when someone passes away there is a line that says…. (name) was pronounced dead at (time) on (date) by (physician). This is true even (or especially) if it is an “attended death”. There is no such statement by any physician in any report on Dunham’s death.

A search of the Hawaii Department of Health Vital Records – Hawaii Death Records (http://death-records.net/hawaii/death-records.htm) returns the result… “There are no matches for: Madelyn Dunham”. I ran this report today.

Maybe I’m being a bit too skeptical, but none of this adds up.

and got crap for it by the Obama haters. Now when she is dead and it doesn't matter, he gets crap for deciding he has important stuff to do. I'm sure hating people is fun and makes you feel revolutionary, but why don't you save it for those times when it is warranted. No doubt the government, and Obama, will give us plenty of reason for legitimate gripes.

Isn't it better to Honor while they are with us. I believe Obama did that.
And will continue to honor them to future generations by passing down the stories and legacy.

In this way only can the Rino's be rendered as politically impotent and the many good decieved people in the Republican party will wake up. Or at lest some of them will.

It could be a big media event if planned and at the right time.

Like the boston tea party, their will be tarred and feathered dummies of all the bailout traitors and have some bands and brew, spread the awarness we aren't far from waking up the 100th monkey. Then the blinders come off. We can still win this thing and put America back on track.

He has been named renegade. I visited my grandmother in December 2006. Two weeks after my visit she died. Now here's the back story. I in fact went to see her because I had a feeling that she wouldn't make it through the year (don't ask it was rather freaky how it hit me one night). Anywho, while I was there I had a great visit with her and more or less said my goodbyes without saying goodbye. Being on a limited budget, I chose not to fly back for I had already done what I had needed to do. Somehow, I figure that both she and I were at peace.
