Anyone read "SITTING DUCKS BECOME PATRIOT WHEELS, "A Man Called Intrepid" and PRE-WWII system for contacting Patriots?

"Sitting Ducks become Patriot Wheels" forum topic posted a few days ago recalls the simple formula that safely and effectively united small circles of patriotic citizens in Europe against the Nazi. I am unable to find it in this labyrinth of distraction to our primary goal.
Any one else read it? Where can I find it?

I agree with the comment that this should have been incorporated within our mighty thrust into history, however we allowed petty capons with local agendas to capture our effectiveness. IT IS NOT TOO LATE as this article and comments makes clear. If you have no time for other topics, read this one. It must be understood for your protection and the advancement of our goals.
Strange how a simple, straight-foreward idea is lost in the muddle. Perhaps because it requires clear thinking, self-responsibility and action.
