Things we already know, but here's some interesting quotes from Murdoch.

"My summary of the way some of the established media has responded to the internet is this: it's not newspapers that might become obsolete. It's some of the editors, reporters, and proprietors who are forgetting a newspaper's most precious asset: the bond with its readers,"

"The complacency stems from having enjoyed a monopoly--and now finding they have to compete for an audience they once took for granted. The condescension that many show their readers is an even bigger problem. It takes no special genius to point out that if you are contemptuous of your customers, you are going to have a hard time getting them to buy your product. Newspapers are no exception."

"It used to be that a handful of editors could decide what was news-and what was not. They acted as sort of demigods. If they ran a story, it became news. If they ignored an event, it never happened. Today editors are losing this power.

"A recent American study reported that many editors and reporters simply do not trust their readers to make good decisions. Let's be clear about what this means. This is a polite way of saying that these editors and reporters think their readers are too stupid to think for themselves."

Strange lol

Murdock knows the internet is far more powerful and truthful then his own media empire. He could do Americans good by instructing his editors and talking heads to tell the truth for once, all of it. He'll probaby find a new way to spin what's on the internet into half-truths, so the public still can't get the full story when they turn on their TV's, radios and read the newspapers.

Yep, one of the biggest

statists in reporting.

He's looking to regain his network which has plummeted during the "fair and balanced" news we NEVER saw.

Self serving at best, but still kicking. He controls much of the our media, and isn't even an American!

Good quotes

Murdoch is evil.

Now is the time to JUMP-START the campaigns for 2010 and 2012.
We didn't lose. The ignorant lost. We know what has happened. Personally I think John McCain Has been used as a patsy. To bring about an Obama administration.

***********Ron Paul for POTUS 2012***********
*************Obama Is A Communist!************
**********Repeal the 17th Amendment**********
Double the size of the House of Representatives
