I don't know one way or another about this boys innocence, but the handling of this case has been atrocious!
According to an article I read
the child was supposed to have gunned down two adult males, scoring multiple hits on each, with a single shot .22 rifle. While I suppose this is possible, I find it a little far fetched.

That child
sounds totally innocent to me. What we do to children after we take them into custody should not happen to the worst criminals. If that child is not at home with relatives, someone should be held responsible. Not only has he gone through a life shattering event, but now he is incriminated? Disgusting. These two women know better than to do this to a child. They need to be fired.
This is a very strange story
I don't know where it is going. It is unimaginable that an 8 year old from a little town in the middle of nowhere Arizona (not some inner city kid with death and drugs all around) could do something like this. Listening to the tape didn't give many clues but they violated all of his rights. His so-called testimony is going to have to be thrown out.
I am in Arizona so it is really being talked about.

Law enforcement,in this case and most of the time,has no regard for rights or representation.

Another little guy off to camp, we pay his support in an offensive setting for years and years, and then we as society receive a newborn criminal. Thanks.

I'm not in favor of throwing away a life of a child,whether he did it or not,he's only 8 years old!!!
