Obama not a U.S. citizen, confirmed by Kenyan Ambassador - UPDATE - DIGG!

The two guys at this Detroit radio station were so full of themselves; they couldn't even take the time to be serious for even ten seconds. They were rude, arrogant and unbelievably disrespectful to this Ambassador from Kenya.

If you're going to ask questions, then ask the questions the right way. And make sure you don't lead the witness, which these two idiots did. Their foolishness got us nowhere; they left out all the really important questions, which should have been very simple, like...

1.) Was President Elect Barrack Obama's father born in Kenya? If not, where? (Knowing his father’s citizenship helps determine what Jr’s citizenship would have been back then)

2.) Some say President Elect Obama was born in the USA, others say he was born in Kenya, what do you say?

3.) If Kenya's Ambassador answered "he was born right here in Kenya". Then these two jerks would have had the opportunity to ask the next necessary questions, like;.. What town was he born in?.. By midwife or hospital?.. What hospital?.. How do you know this to be true regarding his birth place?.. and so on?

4.) Will Kenya be giving President Elect Obama Honorary Citizenship, or is he one already by birth?

But no, not these two jerks, no real questions what so ever, so they provided nothing regarding getting to the bottom of the question, where was President Elect Obama really born!

The bottom line is, they were nothing short of acting like fools.

We didn't lose. The ignorant lost. We know what has happened. Personally I think John McCain Has been used as a patsy. To bring about an Obama administration.

No, this is not proof positive of anything. It's a bunch of radio jocks pressuring some foreigner who doesn't know who they are, barely speaks English himself and barely knows what they're saying.

This is the best you have? How about a friggin' birth certificate from Kenya? How about eyewitnesses such as his mother's doctor or the hospital staff or the midwife or the cabbie that delivered him with his own bare hands? Something reasonable!

This is crap, plain and simple.

I don't like Obama anymore than the next socialist bureacrat looking to dominate us and pick our pockets, but jiminy frickin' cricket, come up with something that won't make the mainstream public laugh at you and call you a kook!

According to their Ambassador, it's plain common knowledge among Kenyans that Obama was born in Africa. Meanwhile, his paternal grandmother has been placed under house arrest by Kenyan police to prevent us dumb Americans from hearing her boast about being in the delivery room when Obama was born at Mombasa Coastal Hospital. Maybe we could ask his maternal grandmother--surely she would know. But oh dear, his maternal grandmother conveniently croaked on the eve of the election. He also managed to lose both parents at an early age. Obama's family history resembles that of Caligula's family in Imperial Rome. As Caligula brought changes to Rome, so does Obama intend to change America.

Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship.

When Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.” That is a direct admission Obama was a British citizen "at birth.

Since Obama had dual citizenship "at birth" and therefore split loyalties "at birth", he is not a "natural born citizen" of the United States. A "natural born citizen" would have no other jurisdiction over him "at birth" other than that of the United States. The Framers chose the words "natural born" and those words cannot be ignored. The status referred to in Article 2, Section 1, "natural born citizen", pertains to the status of the person's citizenship "at birth".

The other numerous law suits circling Obama to question his eligibility fail to hit the mark on this issue. Since Obama was, "at birth", a British citizen, it is completely irrelevant, as to the issue of Constitutional "natural born citizen" status, whether Obama was born in Hawaii or abroad. Either way, he is not eligible to be President. Should Obama produce an original birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii, it will not change the fact that Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

Obama has admitted to being a British subject "at birth". And as will be made perfectly clear below, his being subject to British jurisdiction "at birth" bars him from being eligible to be President of the United States.

In closing - America is not a democracy. Popular web sites and "progressive" sites all push for the destruction of this country when they chirp "Our democracy!"

America's legal form of government is a constitutional republic. Learn the difference and stop supporting mob rule.

In one of KC's classes, they were discussing the qualifications to be

president of the United States ....

They are pretty simple.

The candidate must be a natural born citizen and at least 35 years of age.

One girl in the class immediately started complaining about how unfair

the requirement to be a natural born citizen was.

In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable

individuals from becoming president.

KC and the class were just taking it in and letting her rant, but

everyone's jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up by stating,

"What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this

country than one born by c-section?"

It doesn't matter where he was born. His mother was a US citizen when he was born, so he's a citizen, too.
