Endorsement possibility?!

Does anybody have any connections to Dave Ramsey? I think he could be a very good endorsement for RP. His whole program is helping people get out of debt and live within their means--ie. Financial Freedom. That sounds an awful lot like what RP says our Country needs to do! He just had a seminar with about 5000 in the Atlanta area and as more and more people are struggling and losing their homes, being buried in debt, declaring bankruptcy.... his audience will only grow. This could reach a lot of people and his show is often on the Christian radio stations. I think it could be a good match.

Buy an add on his show? I like Dave Ramsey he speaks to a lot of
people on a spirtual and financial level

A Republic, If You Can Keep It
Not a good model.
My guess is he wants to stay out of politics. That would be the most logical choice. In most cases is a good idea when you are a celebrity of sorts. Don't want to alienate any fans.
I'd love to see a segment on eliminating government "pork" though that Dave could do regardless.

Dave R thinks the gold standard is kooky
- all the more reason to try and get him to do a phone interview with Ron Paul.
What a good idea.

phone interview is a great idea
I think an interview would be great! There is lots that they could agree on and maybe with a little more explanation, Dave would understand RP's ideas about a competing currency. And it would put RP in front of more voters---voters that are all learning what overspending does personally---country is in the same boat!
I emailed Dave at his on-air
I emailed Dave at his on-air email address in any case, though it probably won't ever cross his eyes.
Dave Ramsey said flat out on
Dave Ramsey said flat out on his radio show that a return to the gold-standard is a kooky idea.
He also didn't seem to have a full grasp on why our monetary system is failing. So he is likely not a Ron Paul supporter.

his new gig
It depends on weather his principles will prevail over his new well paid gig at fox business channel.
Oh no
I didn't know that.

Excellent Idea
A phone interview perhaps? I used to listent to Ramsey when I lived in the deep South. I always enjoyed it--especially the way he talks about bankers.
What is Ron Paul suggesting, but applying Ramsey's common sense financial practices to the government. Seems like a fit.
Also Derry Brownfield's program might be good. Especially with farmers and ranchers. Does anyone know if he's on the air in Iowa?

FPU = what?
You left me hanging there!
Acronyms, initials, and pronouns all require antecedents before they make any sense. Help me out, please. Otherwise, yes, Dave does sound a lot like a natural ally of ours.

I've taken his course! Bill Bonner, from the Daily Reckoning mentioned Dave today and made me think of him again. (I don't live in the USA anymore, so not much radio coverage) Do you think they are a good match?
