Help please...Does anyone remember.....?

A few days ago, on or about Nov. 20, a poster put up a post that had something to do with protecting yourself from Bio-Terrorism?
He/she named a product, "nosecon" or something like that.

I think his/her username was doctor????? something???

If you recall, please let me know as I meant to do some research.
