Government Regulation

I don’t know if someone else has already thought of this, but maybe some of you can help develop this concept further.
A meme becoming more popular during this latest market correction is “We need more government regulation.” This sentence is typically interpreted to mean we need the government to regulate the people, economy, etc. However, you could also interpret it to mean that we need more “Regulation of government”.
Anyone have any good ideas for slogans that can catch on, like bumper stickers that say:
“Constitution = Government Regulation”
“The Constitution Is Enough Government Regulation”
“Regulate the Government”
“More Regulation OF Government BY THE PEOPLE”

I believe you may have a very good concept here.
Brand the phrase "government regulation" as being regulation of the government via the Constitution. Then every time the phrase is used people might think of it in terms of regulating the government instead of the government doing the regulating...
