"An Alameda County judge has thrown out a lawsuit contesting the election to the county's Republican Central Committee of a handful of supporters of libertarian Ron Paul, a former presidential candidate.
Alameda County Superior Court Judge Frank Roesch rejected a lawsuit by committee Chairman Paul Cummings of Oakland seeking to overturn the election to the committee of a group of Paul supporters and Minutemen. The opposition group won 12 of the committee's 30 elected seats in the June 3 election, and Cummings alleged that seven of them did not meet the party membership requirements for candidates."

Excellent news!! Even though
Excellent news!! Even though I'm looking carefully at what's going on in the Telethon down here in Chile, I just came by and saw this excellent piece of news. I mean, winning a lawsuit against the party is just a huge feat. Anyway, I want to thank those who were deeply involved with this and who've spent valuable time and money to see justice be served and let this be a lesson for these crocks who've screwed Dr. Paul and supporters in the past that they're messing with fire and it might take time but we can see justice, for once and for all, favor all of us who supported Dr. Paul. My hats off to all of you, I hope this is the beginning of justice for you!

This is a great victory for the Ron Paul supporters in California. This means we will have a good portion of power in these areas. We need to keep replicating this in every county, city, state, etc.....

There are so many localities in America that Ron Paul supporters are fighting tooth and nail for....
For example. Nevada, we lost alot of suits against the party because the courts didn't want to uphold the law, just wanted to hand off the decisions to the national party.
The last meeting I went to for Nevada with some of the delegates is that they want to pursue a civil case. We took alot of defeats against full blow corruption but Nevada RP supporters will most likely have alot more power in the next elections.. We seriously have some smart and determined people there. And very young RP supporters trying to acquire offices.. really young.. I am talking suits and converse young...
