The new book, "Everyday Anarchy" by Stefan Molyneux. Discussed is the philosophical concept of anarchy, how it is the basis of government, and our social and political contradictions about anarchy.

Philosophical anarchy is not about blood and guts chaos, but about living without government in a peaceful manner. You may be surprised to learn that you engage in anarchy every single day.

If you've ever been curious about anarchy, specifically anarcho-capitalism, Listen to/Read this book.

SEED IT! I'll seed it after I get it downloaded.

You can also get the book off of www.freedomainradio.com if you have to get it fast. It isn't broken up into sections though....

The only justifiable use of Force is the protection of Life and Property. In an Anarchist society there would be the need for but One Law not 10 Commandments or 10 Rights in the Bill of Rights as they are definitions of existing Rights. Just One Law, " The use of Force or Fraud in any of it's forms to achieve, Social, Political, Economic, Cultural, Religious, Personal or any other gain is a Capitol Offense and will not be tolerated".

Anarchist

Voluntary Association + Mutual Cooperation + 110% Personal Responsibility = 100% Individual Liberty

In any realistically complex

In any realistically complex scenario, how are one to differentiate fraud from honest miscalculation? And who gets to decide what is what? Wouldn't that require a system of courts, or at the very least, several such competing systems?

Actually 2 Laws...

and 1 Principle... Toleration

Toleration Principle. It comes in two parts:

1. Total toleration of any individual or idea that does not commit or advocate initiatory force or fraud toward others.

2. Total non-toleration of any individual or idea that commits or advocates initiatory force or fraud toward others.

The Toleration Principle fits nicely with Dr. Wallaces 1976 Constitution of the Universe:

The Constitution of the Universe

Article 1

No person, group of persons, or government may initiate force, threat of force, or fraud agai nst any individual.

Article 2

Force may be morally and legally used only in self-defense against those who violate Article 1.

Article 3

No exceptions shall exist for Articles 1 and 2.
