The ousting of Musharraf wasnt planned by the US. The US supported him. The people of Pakistan, from the poor and homeless to the rich and elite marched in the streets together and challenged him! They rose up, despite their lawyers and protestors being thrown in jail, and they demanded he leave. That is something Americans will never do.
And Obama isnt calling for war. If he is, then you need to give me a link or something. Or are you putting words in his mouth?

I had no idea this "terrorist attack" happened in Bombay. They changed the name, it seems, in 1995. They wanted to eliminate any reference to their colonial past, so they named the city after some ancient pagan goddess they had. Now that's progress!

FBI, it appears, can be found everywhere.
With continuing reports here that ALL the terrorists have been killed, perhaps the FBI reason to be there is to make sure all ARE dead indeed so none of them can talk later and say the wrong thing.
The FBI does deal with terrorism but why going to another country? enough terrorism to sort out within USA me thinks. If every force of other nations which deal with terrorism are going to India to sort things don't you think that's a little strange? Or perhaps it is a practice round for being in the world force of terrorism... just thinking aloud here.

The London Mirror, November 28, headlined its coverage: "SEVEN MUMBAI GUNMEN ARE FROM `LEEDS AND HARTLEPOOL'" and continued, "Seven of the terrorists ... are British, Indian government sources claimed yesterday. They said two British-born Pakistanis are under arrest. And another five suspects are said to have been born and raised here.
"Two of the seven are from Leeds, one is from Bradford and one from Hartlepool, the sources claimed.... The Hartlepool suspect was allegedly found in the ... Taj Mahal Palace hotel. .... The man from Bradford and one from Leeds were allegedly discovered on the 17th floor of the Oberoi-Trident Hotel.... A second man from Leeds was allegedly captured near a jetty after a gang of around 25 terrorists landed in Mumbai by boat on Wednesday.
"The suspects were allegedly found with documentation, possibly including passports, which revealed their origin. The sources say they also spoke to each other in a heavily-accented Punjabi common in UK Pakistani communities."
