I have and you won't regret reading it
I read it about a year ago. The chapter on the original intentions of The Constitution is fabulous. It was an eye opener, and probably my favorite chapter from any book.. Sadly, there is no index. That is my only beef with it. Otherwise, it's one of the best books I've ever read. Next to Murray Rothbard's epic The Ethics of Liberty.
