It will only take 100 men to-

meetup and then take them all out. No government including ours could stand up to 100 comitted individuals (women included). It is just having the right plan and following it through to completion. It would only take 100 rounds of ammunition for each if trained properly.

No need to worry of this situation. The politicians are done and don't even know it. God bless patriots.

Freedom is not FREE!!

a Military "Coup" of sorts seems to be in

the works instead..

I highly recommended the (1982) Movie "Missing" which shows life (and a lot of death) in Chile at the start of the Chilaen coup - based on lives of real Americans there. I just saw it - very disturbing -
See it for the gut wrenching effect of overwhelming military brutality.
Think of it as preparation.

Civil war is what THEY want

They are set up for it and probably will incite it without any of your help.

If they need a civil war they will start one....look at history...we're like gerbils at Petco going round and round on the wheel.....start a war! Start a war!

Instead of repeating this propaganda why not tell people the truth.Once a few more of us tell the truth then the handful of people in control will fall and we will be free.

You want a police state?

Start a civil war...thanks a lot....just what we need.

I really need to thank you for serving the masters by having a civil effing war.

Solid move....really...let's get this civil war thing going....perfect....they can start shooting people........they control the media and they will look like heroes and the population will be BEGGING for a police state to protect them FROM YOU.

Unify

This is why...

...we must continue to be annoying.

I know our friends and neighbors all sigh heavily every time we drag out our arguments about the precarious nature of fiat currency, the life cycle of republics, the suicidal nature of democracies, and the importance of commodity currency, but they will remember us when the well runs dry and thank us for sharing the silver that earlier they dismissed.

Many of us will do everything right (stocking up on food, water, ammunition, liquor, and metal money) and will still be murdered by jealous neighbors, or targeted by Big Gov as "unpatriotic hoarders."

It will be popularly agreed that it's OUR fault.

Remember, another word for popular opinion is error.

oh i so love you prof!!!

you totally crack me up!!!! i didn't realize my goal in life was to be annoying! lol!

but damn!!!! its sooooo true! :)

For those of you who think Civil War is unlikely,

Remember you are speaking from your level of comfort in your life today.

Tomorrow likely will be different.

As long as the economic pie is expanding and any bumps in the continued expansion are viewed as temporary, nobody is going to do squat to violently rebel against the system, no matter how much the system is rigged against the average man in favor of the privileged few. Quite simply the pain from rebellion would be greater than the skewed benefits of the status quo.

But we face three great problems that should by all logic cause the economic pie to shrink dramatically over the next two decades.

The first is the collapse of the faulty, predatory monetary system where all money is debt and virtually all new money is printed out of thin air as Federal Reserve or checking accounts and loaned out to the public, businesses, and government at interest. Such a monetary system is subject to great inflation and great deflation. If you don't see this system crumbling today, you are blind.

The second great problem is the transfer of much of economic activity from the free market system into government controlled market system. Government is by far the most inefficient form of organization ever created, and the greater the government control, the less productive an economy can be. Look at the great interference in the economy in just the past few months where the wealth of productive, successful people is being expropriated to be turned over to those who don't know how to successfully manage capital.

The third, and greatest problem, is the end of easy energy. The energy cost of acquiring fossil fuels has been doubling about every 20 years. This is not the dollar cost, but the cost in energy terms of acquiring more energy; obviously you cannot spend more energy that you get back, so there is an upper limit to the fossil fuel age. By my own calculations the US could have only half of the energy available in 20 years that we have today, meaning the economy likely will shrink by half or more over that time frame.

So when you look at what pressure the economy is under and the consequences to your lives, it is easy to see that civil disorder of the magnitude of 1776 or 1861 could not only happen, but is highly likely. Once the pain of accepting the economic screwing we get from government is greater than the pain from revolution the inevitable consequence will follow.

The nature and outcome is certainly uncertain, but there should be pressure toward smaller political territory, just as there was in the Soviet Union when it disintegrated. Ethnic divisions will be a factor.

Unlike the Civil War of 1861, where political factors were stronger than economic factors, the coming Civil disorder will be cast in a background of the struggle to survive. This will be much more violent, with little quarter given. I fully expect that the population of the US (and the world for that matter) will collapse during this time frame and will be significantly lower by mid century. Starvation, disease and violent death will be common.

Consolidation of power, it's feasible.

Russia has disputed the sale of Alaska for nearly a century

It seems likely that, should Washington's power fail, that will be the first thing Russia will do - reclaim that territory. One would think the pea-brains in the federal govt. would see the wisdom in being able to defend our sovereign land from attack, rather than police the world. Go figure.
Still, if the country broke up in a relatively bloodless way, I think it might be a positive thing overall for freedom lovers.

If governors need to call up the Guard

to defend their own States, will the National Guard be unavailable on account of having been sent overseas already?

Is Midwest set aside as battle field for war to fracture USA?

Panarin states, by 2010, expect Northeast to be governed by British, and expect West Coast and Texas to be controlled by Russia, China, and Mexico. I take this as a warning.

just my observation.

"The two weakest arguments for any issue on the House floor are moral and constitutional"
Ron Paul

He's nuts.

It would never be allowed to happen, and the states are so tied to the federal government it wouldn't be easily possible, and thirdly, most Americans don't have the initiative and guts, nor do most of them even care... "What?? Leave the cushy government protection, and ever-fruitful handout teat??? Not me..."

Americans are TV news believing, zombie slaves, and for the most part, pathetically unmotivated and lazy politically. It's a shame, but that's apparently what happens to the mindset of a wealthy society over time. Too busy with everyday consumuer goods, chasing after more dollars, worshipping the entertainment industry, and trying to live the high-life, to have time to research pending political policies. They just go by the short report on the TV news, go along with the majority, follow like sheep, and throw a hail mary "Oh well..." vote. "No time to research all that crap... Sorry, in a hurry..."

This country will not split up physically in our lifetimes, aside from opinion. Apparently, he has no clue what the average American mentality is like.

The average American

The average American mentality is largely attributable to a relatively stable (if unhealthy) economy.

I can see the US breaking up as soon as the country stops being "Disneyland for dummies". That process may start with an economic collapse next year.

I agree with the posters below

This will only be a civil war if we don't increase the infomation war. We need to let people know who their true enemies are-not joe six pack down the street who can afford a new car.

NICE POINT!!!!

:)

civil war pitting american against american is not what we want

this is a term the NWO would love for us to use...they are fanning the "civil war" flames...americans are NOT at war with one another so do NOT fall into that trap...we ARE at war with the NWO and they are NOT americans...we ARE at war with the neocon and liberal politicians who are traitors to our country...

who uses "civil war"? not us, i guarantee you! this is the NWO divide and conquer mentality that we will NOT fall for...

O Captain, My Captain, rise up and hear the bells!

Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!

Don't fall into the "Civil War" word trap..

Our so-called "Civil War' was really a war of Northern aggression. The model of the Soviet break-up was very non-violent. Frankly I don't think Americans have the imagination to do anything that radical. They like living on Big Daddy's plantation. It saves them from having to like, uh, THINK.

Frankly, as I recall the Soviet breakup....

..the first thing that happened was that old enemies, silent for decades under the oppressive Soviet empire, picked up right where they left off. I remember the huge exodus of Russian Jews to Israel in order to escape being killed. Chechnya, Serbs/Croats... everyone started killing one another as soon as the cuffs were taken off.

I imagine our 'great society' would not be spared a similar fate.

I may not know the truth, but I know when I'm being lied to...

I may not know the truth, but I know when I'm being lied to...

Yeah, I knew I'd get slapped for that comment, BUT...

Hey, compared to an ACTUAL civil war, really small potatoes.

The Jews started buggin out of the Soviet Union long, long ago. It was only after liberalized emigration policies that a REAL exodus started. NOT due to internal oppression (that was ALWAYS there), but opportunity.

Chechnya started long before the breakup, Serbs/Croats were never IN the Soviet Union, Da? So.....

i agree.

our materialistic society gets violent shopping. now add in poor and starving. it will be very violent.
