December Comex Delivery 30.1% After One Day of Possible Delivery

I know I've been hearing about this potential since October, thanks to John Embry's interview. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qIUA1veyHk
Now the first day of delivery has come, we know that 30.1% of the allocated gold is already gone for delivery.

You can follow it's progress at the following address:

I was very skeptical of this whole thing at first. I didn't understand why someone would predict in October that December COMEX contracts would default. I figured if it would really happen, then it would happen in October or November.
We'll see this week if it continues...

These charts seem to assume
These charts seem to assume that Comex inventory is static, when in fact, just as there are deliveries OUT of Comex inventory, there are also deliveries INTO Comex inventory each month.

Interesting charts
I'm still not too certain about the terminology but I like your charts at your site.
It should be interesting to see how things go in the next few weeks.
I wonder why silver was down so much today?
