then there should be an easily accessible customs record in Hawii when he entered the country.
Even if he was born here and renounced his citizenship when he entered school in Indonesia he would still have to pass through customs when he came back.
Please explain to me why this cannot be referenced easily.

What this is showing me
is that we can't do anything about anything. This is such a simple, cut and dried case of black and white, right and wrong and yet it gets totally ignored. They might as well be direct with the people that the Constitution no longer carries any weight at all in Washington.

C'mon...we all know 2 things. 1. Obama was not born in the US. 2. Obama will be POTUS anyway. The interest in all of this for me personally is how the courts will justify disregarding the Constitution in order to put it to rest. I imagine that it will come to rest in a legalese-laden document essentially saying that appropriate documents were shown to the court satisfying the requirements and further action was deemed unnecessary.

The Constitution has not been merely ignored, but trampled, spit on, and shat upon for the past eight years. The Supremes never corrected that situation. They aren't going to lift a finger on Obama's citizenship.

IF he is not natural born, I agree that the courts will most probably find a way around it. I, too, am interested in how they will do this.

I could give him a bit of a benefit of the doubt
if I could figure out the logical reason for him to withhold this information which most Americans are asked for at various times in their lives...social security, marriage certificate, drivers license, hunting license, etc. Add to that the fact that so many of his records/history have been sealed. Why? When we have had so many years of lying and manipulation, I find it hard to accept anyone not willing to offer transparency. Imo, he cannot be trusted.

he would have just shown his birth certificate, if he had a legal one? What surprises me is how this scenario illustrates that it's still nearly impossible to effectively cheat on some things. I guess a birth certificate is a very un-forgeable document and the "Ministry of Truth" (see book 1984) hasn't been able to crack the system yet.

The parties involved typically are reluctant to voluntary precedent setting because of possible future implications.
Even if he is natural born, Obama and the DNC may not want to set such a precedent, but will do so if forced to do so.

many, including myself, do not find your "precedent" rationale convincing. What honorable motive could be served by creating all this controversy and doubt when the nation desperately needs leadership? There would be no downside to releasing a valid document, therefore, I conclude that one does not exist.

And I thought I read somewhere that he
had college loans. (which I doubt - I think he had someone, his handler??, pay his way). Anyway, if he did have student loans, how did he get them without registering for the selective service? I understand he registered only last Sept. My son couldn't get loans, grants or anything else unless he showed proof of selective service registration.
