I met a person from the military on another forum where I had posted a thread. This person ask me if I knew what the military vote count was and if they had been counted yet.I found one link that said that the absentee votes (which are what the military votes are) and early votes are the first ones announced by the media. Can anyone provide a link to an actual vote count or breakdown of a count for military personel. It would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the results of a Military Times poll,
indicating how they said they were expecting to vote.

Unfortunately, there's no date, so no indication of how close to the election that the poll was taken.
With all due respect, your friend is wrong, I believe
Early votes and absentee votes are generally the last to be counted, so elections officials can cross-check to make sure no absentee voters have voted in person on election day. Also, overseas ballots are given longer to arrive in the U.S. due to mailing times, so there is no way they could be counted first or announced first. Your friend is mistaken.
Not all military votes are absentee, either, just those that are overseas. Personnel stationed at U.S. installations vote in their local communities for national and local/state races in those communities. They may vote on election day in person, or by absentee/early if allowed, like any other local resident. There would be no way of parsing out all of these votes, as many military personnel live off base, and not every person of voting age who lives on base is a military personnel (think spouses and older children).
One can probably come up with some polls and studies, but actual hard data of "the military vote" in certain terms is likely not possible. No one asks you your profession when you go to the polls or apply for an absentee ballot.
Given that ballots are tabulated by residence (legal local residence) address, in those local precincts and districts, it would be hard to look at those numbers and know which votes came from overseas or out of state military personnel.
Am I wrong?
