What is the next step?

What is the next step now that Barack Hussein Obama or Barry Soetoro or Barry Dunham wahtever he may becalled this week has thumb his nose at a request from th Suprem Court? Once again he has shown no regard for law.Shouldn't there be a public outrage l;arge enough to warrant the Supreme Court to hold him in contempt and bring criminal charges against him? I f a private ciitizen disregarded a courts order we would be in the slammer so fast it would make our head spin. This man has shown nothing but disregard for our laws, our Constitution and the American way of life and he should be held accountable as such and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I don't know.

He didn't exactly disregard the judge's order. Rather, he waived his right to respond. Which is odd to me. I have no idea what happens next. What was supposed to happen was Berg now would have his opportunity to respond. But since Obama has opted not to I guess the ball is in Souter's court. The whole thing is so suspicious. I can't imagine the Supreme Court ignoring this.

A waiver of such right to respond is usually submitted by

a respondent at the court when the respondent has viewed the petition in question as entirely frivolous. The waiver submitted is only a waiver to submit a response arguing for a denial of a Writ of Certiorari. If the Writ is granted, which is highly unlikely, the waiver would not act to prevent the respondent from submitting briefs in support of their position. In other words, it's just a tactic by which the respondent indicates to the court their belief that the petitioner's filing isn't worthy of a response.

Your Options- Pick one

1) Bend over and take it in the butt like we always have.

1A) Follow Delafield's philosophy: put on an orange toga, burn incense and be one with the fist-fucking you just got.

2) Climb a clock tower and create your own shot heard around the world. If you make it big and nasty enough, maybe it'll make CNN.

3) Sit back, wait for enough people to get pissed, then move en masse and burn the senate house, then start over.

4) Stage more rallies, get writer's cramp and migraines while making out emails to your reps about how it upset you, that usually get put in file 13.

5) Take your ball and play elsewhere by your own rules.

That's pretty much it.

In reference to # 5

Do you know where we can get our own game going??? Or one that is playing by our rules???

Get yourself elected to a local seat - city council, water board, sanitation board. Also become your precinct chair and go to the monthly Republican county meeting and when they allow local elected officials to speak you stand up and speak about less taxes and smart spending.
