A Question on The Revolution - A Manifesto: Military Bases.

The Revolution: A Manifesto

In the book, Dr Paul makes a claim that America has a military presence in 130 countries. I see no reason to doubt it, but where can I find the list of 130 countries, or alternatively a list of all 700 American military bases?

I'd be fascinated to know.
