Fred Thompson does his best Ron Paul impression

Here's a video of Fred Thompson analyzing the financial crisis and bailout plans in a sarcastic style:

Thompson - another establishment poser blaming YOU
He's blaming us for the sins of the government, banksters and communists. Did YOU spend more than you earned? Have YOU printed any fiat money? Have YOU embezzled with fractional-reserve pyramid scams? Have YOU promised dysfunctional codependent children bread and circuses for votes?
WELL HAVE YOU!!!
This poser is just another Ron Paul wanna-be. Probably mad 'cause Dr. Paul handed him and Ghouliani there asses in the primaries.
I'm sick of people telling me I spent too much and didn't save enough. That wasn't me. They can shove it along with their dirty fiat dollars where they belong. Thompson and anyone else that blames me for the sins of others can (do something too obscene to describe in polite company.)
8 1/2 minutes of Fred
being sarcastic is just more than I can take.
I don't want Ol' Fred
to play Ron Paul in "Ron Paul: The Movie".
ha ha
that was cult!
As soon as I heard him say "liberals" I knew what this was
An early bird attempt at buttering everyone up for his run in 2012 after stealing his newfound economic wisdom right from RP. Sorry Fred. Nice try. Go back to acting, it's what you do best.
Bitter
You kinda had to already understand and agree with Ron Paul to follow the bitter ironies in this one.
I like Ron Paul's genuine concern and deep understanding way better than this shallow sarcastic mush.
With Ron Paul, we know what we can do to advance liberty.
With Fred Thompson, we only know we don't want more politicians like Fred Thompson.

liberty yields harmony; tyrany yields chaos

Fred should have stuck with acting..
At least he was almost believable on Law & Order.
