Apopka FL, your Ron Paul sign made my weekend!

To whoever still has the HUGE Ron Paul sign in Apopka, FL, THANKS! I was there with my kid for a soccer match and drove past it. We both yelled RON PAUL! simultaneously. It was inspiring in its size and placement on the busy street. I hope everybody will keep up their signs and leave on their bumper stickers. » |

I still have RP bumper stickers....
on all of my vehicles including my
ranch golf cart.
My husband
has the Ron Paul sticker and a Don't steal the government doesn't like competition sticker on his truck.

When I was getting coffee the other morning the owner of the business said sarcastically "Still haven't given up on Ron Paul eh?"
I said "Its about the ideas, not just the man."
He sheepishly replied "He does have the best supporters in the world."
DAMN RIGHT.

Putting up Xmas decorations
last weekend and my husband asked if he could take down the 8'x5' Ron Paul Revolution banner on our fence. I just gave him "the look" and shook my head no and he just shook his head and left it alone. I also have a 4'x2' Hope for America sign on my porch railing. 3 Bumper magnets on my Saturn, CFL Protect your Freedoms with an image of the Manifesto in the corner, If your not outraged, your not paying attention and End the Fed. It's about the message and educating, that never changes. On another note, I was driving my 21 y/o son back to campus after Thanksgiving break and there was a Jetta tailgating me big time. This continued for a few miles until he was able to pass. When he did I looked over and he gave me the finger. I was shocked until I saw the McCain sticker on his rear bumper. He looked at me in his rearview and I gave him a big smile and the peace sign. Son loved it.

Next election cycle either Ron or Rand or someone else. The key is to never give up the fight. Repeat, repeat, repeat...I still have oodles of Ron Paul 08 literature, eleven different slim jims some of which I leave at obscure, advantageous locations(sometimes after verbal communication and depending on the issue) to remind, remind, remind.
Keep it up, folks! Good shall prevail...

I'm still driving around with my RONPAUL license plate and I still pimp my RP shirts.
Today driving into work I was following a big beefy jeep with a RLOVEUVTION and END THE FED bumper sticker.
I smiled and gave him a thumbs up!

I still
have my big sign in my house window and in my car along with my bumper stickers. I am leaving them there forever!!! I don't care what anyone else says. Where I live someone actually still has a Bush sign in there window in their house from 2004!! Makes me sick to see it everytime I go by the house. A sad thing is though where I work my boss told me not to wear my Ron Paul shirts there.He says it will cause a stir since the election is over. No one ever said anything about my shirts but my boss. Well...hes not even for the moneky the sheep elected. Does he have a right to tell me what to wear and not to wear? It's only a laundrymat for Pete's sakes!! I want to wear it anyways but I need to keep my job, but I don't think it's right fopr him to tell me what to wear. He was ok with it before the election ,not sure what his problem is....lol

His shop, his rules, his consequences -- Retailers are not only in the business of providing goods and services, they are also competing with others and often the difference can be the intangibles associated with a business. If, in his judgment, a Ron Paul T-shirt, or bright red lipstick, or facial hair, or argyle socks, or whatever, would be disruptive or alienate his client base, then it is his call.
Show him that we mean it and respect his property and prerogatives.

Yes, your boss should be able to tell you what to wear!
This is a private company. This guy took risks and spent money to start his business. He should be able to run it as he sees fit, within reason of course. If you don't agree to his rules, then it's up to you to find another job.
You wouldn't really want that much government intrusion into a privately ownned business would you?
But keep those signs and stickers proudly displayed elsewhere!
