Lindsey Springer here and there are 5 cases currently "filed" which are bringing into question the qualifications a sitting U.S. Senator seeking the Office of President must honor to legally attain to the highest office on Earth. Natural Born and Senator on Elector Ballots surround the issues raised. Seems each of the local offices for the Republican and Democrats have received the memo to tell the process server they are not to be served. Anyone knows that if you do business in the State you are subject to service of process in that State. In any event, we can prove they were given notice and that is all that any Judge will care about. They don’t have anything else to say anyway.

The cases are as follows:

Alabama was filed as case 08-1906 in Montgomery County Circuit Court.

Indiana was filed as 49D10-0812-PL-055511 in Marion Superior Court.

Georgia was filed. (waiting for case number and copy of complaint).

Michigan was filed as case 08-140-MM.

Illinois was filed as case 2008-MR-000736.

Now known as operation AIGMI ("ageme").

I realize more States had people willing to bring action in their respective State but for many different reasons that has not happened as of yet. The five in are solid and they will hold that line well. Because the Governor in the State of Illinois receiving so much bad political press, it will be interesting how he spends the political capital recently given him by the action in the State of Illinois being filed.

We cannot let the Constitution die on our watch. You may not consider being a part of any of these actions but you can lend your financial support. Any amount is better than nothing. Grab something you don’t need, put it for sale on ebay, and give the proceeds to save the Constitution.[You can even email me with the information on what you have to give and I can take care of all the ebay stuff. You just have to send it to the winning bidder].

There is nothing that matters more to you than the rule of law and what matters to the rule of law is that the law remain the Ruler. What matters to the rule of law remaining the Ruler is what the Constitution of the United States says and what the Constitutions of the several States reserved under the 10th Amendment.

Now is not the time to tighten up where the Constitution is concerned. You may need to tighten on other places but the Constitution needs your help, support, and unconditional devotion.

I do not have any pictures of someone suffering to show you but the number that suffer because of Tyranny and Usurpation of the Powers Enumerated and Reserved are more numerous than mentionable. Maybe everything is fine for you and maybe not.

If you see a sign that says merge to one lane of traffic and you are on a two lane road where each lane moves traffic in the opposite direction, do you floor it, slow down, stop, or proceed with caution. The first option is only in the rarest of circumstances where life and death lay in the balance. The last 3 options are discretional, optional, and wise.

I know that if you read this far then you care and certainly you know fighting all the usurping attorneys with their attempt to thwart enforcement of Article II is no cheap date or an easy task. You helping cannot make it worse for us on the front line but better. Think of the blessing you may receive by your unconditional giving to support the written words in the Constitution. Hell, if those don’t tug your purse strings then just help because the status quo is not working (obviously).

It is not easy saving your and my rights to be free from Tyranny but it can and will happen in your and my lifetime and you can play a major part of it by giving just a little.

just told on their news that the Supreme Court will decide Friday about Berg's suit. Also that Donofrio (or whatever his name was/is) has been dismissed.

(Now he is reporting about cancer on the increase-I'll bet that has something to do with chemtrails.)
