The senate has rejected the detroit bailout for the moment. How much more pork is that bill going to get before they pass it? I'm guessing it will be an extra 20 billion.

Today as I pulled into the parking lot of a local store, my favorite radio talk show host, WHO's Jan Mikelson, announced that he was going to play this speech. I could of just hugged him! You won't hear this on nightly news. I sat in the car for the whole speech even though I had listened to this late last night. Just as someone here likes to say....Ron Paul is my President.

perhaps his most lucid, philisophic, and damning speech i can remember hearing from this great mind. what a joke that the one man thats actually studied history and economics and philosphy has been so coldly rejected by the flagrantly ignorant pathetic joke of an excuse for citizens in both congress itself and on a national scale at large. Im just as embarrassed and ashamed of my own country as this man is.
