The senate is wrapping up final speeches on the auto bail out.
Chris Dodd (D-CT) just said they do not have the votes and this will end tonight.
Thanks, to all who contacted their senators to oppose this.
They are preparing to move the vote from 1:00am est. to 10:40pm est. That is minutes away.

See, what they do is not approve it the first time around. Then all the Senators and Representatives start wheeling and dealing, basically selling their votes in return for something that they want for their own constituents. Then it passes during the second vote along with all the extras added in.
