URGENT---Key You Tube videos are disappearing!!! Does anyone know the best/fastest way to download these onto your hard drive??

Recently I have found evidence that shows things like Troops moving to Canada.., and similar video documentation to be missing and deleted by you tube.
If there is a simple way to download the videos onto you computer.. I can then host them on my website, so people all over the world can see the truth that is being denied to us by the PTB...
this program was recommended to me... has anyone ever used it?

Real Player if you use an old IE version
Go to http://www.oldversion.com and download an old IE version. IE 6.0 is fine. Then with Real Player, you just hover the mouse over the video, and click record.

use right mouse click to "save as" and rename the item being downloaded to "some-video.flv" or "some-video.mp4" depending on which format you wish to download as.
Use VLC video player version 0.86 to play the flv and mp4 files.

Follow these easy steps
1) Clear your temporary internet files
2) Go to youtube and select for viewing the video you want to keep
3) Wait until it is fully loaded (red bar is all the way to the right)
4) Go to temporary internet files again
5) Your file name will start with "get_video?....." and will be type FILE
6) Copy it to whatever folder you like and change the name, and change the extention to ".flv"
7) Download a free flv player
You can now watch your file offline.

can be found at getmiro.com the player that they have developed is called the democracy player which the dailypaulers can appreciate although we would love it to be called the republic player, but hey we can't have everything. wonderful way to download and store videos. it is like itunes, but for video. check it out and enjoy!

Another Option
Use keepvid.com
Copy the youtube URL, paste it in the keepvid site, and download the video in generic file form. When the download is complete, simply rename the file as an .flv file, and voila- you have a hard copy of the youtube video.

I think flashvideo might be different

Flashviewer is only a small program, free and works well, been using it together with the download helper which comes as an add on with Firefox/Mozilla.
There is now also a free program (have no link sorry, but should be easy to google for) to convert .flv files to form suitable to burn to DVD (for normal DVD players)
