the nwo folks have their underground shelters (dumb's) and their seed vaults courtesy of taxpayer dollars.

they tototally think they are going to survive the ELE's and come back up to rule the planet again.

I'm learning a lot from all of these posts. I think they will become much more important in the future when things get worse.
