An act of desperation or not, today the FED went ALL IN and Rolled the dice. The FED has written a blank check, a line in the sand that will become a historic moment in it's history!
Does America still have the credibility to lead the world out of the morass ? Within the next few days the foreign markets will decide. We shall soon know!

I think what it means is they have orchestrated
what they hope will be a global market rally demonstrating faith in the financial credibility and leadership of the US. I feel sure it has been staged, the question is - will it succeed and last?
