When Congress meets on January 8th, if there is an objection in writing by 1 House member and 1 Senator, they will retire [to] their chambers. Each member having an objection will have 5 minutes to voice it. There will be 2 hours of discussion and a vote will take place.
Since the Dems have the majority they will most likely vote to override the objection and continue to elect a usurper to be POTUS for the first time in history. That's change for you.
No one has gotten back to me on the Judicial Review by SCOTUS after the January 8th proceeding. I believe that SCOTUS may look at the Constitutionality of the election and declare Barry to be ineligible and nullify the election. IMHO. :)
Not sure who would support it in the Senate
We got a number of people in the house who would definately object though. No need to steal any articles, just post it and put a link back to the site you got it from. That way, both sites are happy and they get shared traffic.
