I thought he was a scumbag politician at first myself until I realized he was the governor that went up against Bank of America and then a little while later all of the sudden they said he was trying to sell his seat. Let's start off by saying if he was guilty he would step down rather than face charges, that is the first thing that tells me he is not guilty of the charges against him. He is the man who told Bank of America he would not extend the states business with Bank of America until they unfroze credit with the bailout money they recieved for a long established manufacturer in his home state. He said you got the bailout money, now use it how it was intended to be used. He went up against the establishment and now they are trying to take him down. The whole political spectrum is against him now, and he is still continuing to fight. This could open a huge can of worms in favor of our freedom movement, and we have to make sure this man gets heard. He is going to need moral support from us because the sheeple will be smokescreened by the msm, and the politicians sure are not going to back down from attacking him. As for the Traficant mention, he was corrupt but truly a friend of the people. Like him or not, he didn't care what anyone said about him, and he was going to do what he wanted without pressure. I didn't agree with everything he said, but at least me meant it.

Yes, he went against the banking cartel, but I doubt if he thought it would unfold like this. Kind of interesting, attorney Victoria Toensing was on Hannity's radio show (I know, I know...they had it on at work) and wasn't ready to slam the governor...she indicated with what has been presented so far, maybe there wasn't enough there to actually impeach. Hannity kept trying to push her in vain, looking for some juice, but she wasn't giving him any!
He then said, you don't really like him, do you? (meaning Fitzgerald). She made no comment! (I just checked out that she and her attorney husband were against the Libby prosecution.)

My gut was telling from
the beggining of this thing they were out for a political assination. Just the way they were reporting it was fishy. They quited supposedly incriminating quotes from the wire taps but if you paid attention they could have been interpreted different ways and they added thier own spin. Even though they don't seem to have the proof to impeach they want to claim he is incampable of governing. Why? Because they made accusations? Looking forward to the outcome. I think they jumped the gun on this one and thought he would just walk away. I'm rooting for him. If they had somthing he would be throw out or still in jail. I don't think he would be fighting it.

oh dont get me wrong- if he's guilty of what they are accusing
him of, he needs to go- but by DUE PROCESS. We cant allow a mediastorm to push him out before an investigation. I support ANYones efforts against BoA over the bailout money. I heard recently that he's just pardoned 22 people. I think that any official currently under investigation should have that power suspended.

Just because the people pursuing him are bad,
it doesn't make him good. I say let it run its course and keep yourself out of it. Somebody wants him out and I doubt you'll do much to stand in their way. Even if you did, what good would it do. The media already has the script, don't fool yourself into thinking you can change it.

When he initially ran for office he worked the system just like every other politician. I recall working in CHicago at the time and he visited our office...
The hidden message was...donate to the campaign and we will get business.
But the first step in changing from a coward is one courageous act. The govenor of New York didn't learn it but it appears this man might be a little more than they bargained for... and so I'm happy to see him standing up.
