Probably a Hoax

Read this:
http://www.nrsc.org/survey/

I'm afraid some people might think it is a lot of fun to send an email like that and then watch the RP brigade go ballistic. I do not believe the NRSC would do anything like that now.

Unless there is another survey, this is a hoax.

not a hoax

I originally read about it here:
http://yannone.blogspot.com/2007/07/republicans-try-to-ignor...

I called the National Republican Senatorial Committee (202 675-6000) and asked them. Their response was that it was a "mistake" and that it had been corrected on the online ballots.

Thanks...NOT A Hoax

...sorry if I confused anyone. By the time I went back to the original site there were more posts....continuing story. Hmmmm. Interesting mistake for them to make. NOW, I'm calling too. Politely. That really smells. Seems insane for them to do it on purpose and of all the names to accidently leave off.

Really sorry about the it Is, It's not, It is.....just checking facts and I wuz wrong, wrong, wrong .

It IS A Hoax

.....thank goodness. If you scroll down on the RPHQ link where this originated, that site has discovered the mistake. Apparently some of the tele numbers they called are all prepared...telling people the email was a hoax

Sos...put energy elsewhere. I'd think the less talk about it the better. The hoaxter shouldn't get any enjoyment out of it. Ya know?!

Hope Michael removes this thread so people don't waste time making calls. But, hey, fire drills are good...ya never know when there might be a fire and apparently folks hit the phone .

If the "mainstream" of the

If the "mainstream" of the Republican Party wants to be this-immature, maybe Dr. Paul's next Celebration of Life & Liberty should benefit the Republican Liberty Caucus instead of the party itself, as kind of a strong "hint"? It would be nice if only the news media were massively-biased, but clearly that's not the case.

I'm in and it's done

Thank you for alerting me to this cowardly act.
