TM Critical Mass
The Money Bomb garnered support from .01 percent of the population of the nation. This does not sound like much. But .01 percent is a very important number.
TM meditation studies have shown that this percentage when focused on a outcome can drastically influence the rest of the population.
In other words, if all of us pray for Dr. PAul and visualize him as president it can have a profound impact.
Just look what happened when .01 % of the people gave money on Nov 5 and the results since then. Pray daily , But, I suggest a specific time / day of the week that we all meditate , pray , or whatever for Dr. Paul to be our next president. Visualize, see it, feel it. Pray it.
It will happen.
Ho! Man! What an awesome site!
Just what this campaign needs... "AIR SUPPORT" for the ground troops.
If you check the history the Founders used the same supernatural power to out-gun the well funded and armed oppressors.
What makes us think it will be different for us?
The opposition has only just begun... because we've gotten their attention.
This event wasn't going to happen because of opposition.

Not just for Christians...
I imagine that any religous prayer for Dr. Paul would be welcome and it wouldn't be just for Christians. Correct me if I'm wrong.
JUST DO IT.
PRAY, CHANT, MEDITATE, MOMENT OF SILENCE...
JUST DO IT.
Prayer for Ron Paul
The only people who are offended at the idea of praying for Ron Paul are people who don't understand the First Amendment. The First Amendment gives the American people the right to pray wherever and whenever they chose. That includes at sporting events, in public schools, in government buildings and even in Congress! At the same time, no one can be compelled to pray. That is what Freedom of Religion means.
Many Americans have been brainwashed into believing that they couldn't pray at an event or location that public moneys were involved. That is false. The First Amendment puts all restriction on government and none on the individual. The entire Bill of Rights restrict government, not the individual.
Victims of the public schools need to understand this. They also need to know that we are a Republic, not a democracy. And they should know the difference. Unless we learn our rights, we will lose them. Is it any wonder that our politicians promote these ideas?
Prayer for Ron Paul is voluntary, so I don't understand how the mere suggestion would offend a normal person. I don't smoke or drink alcohol, but I am not offended if someone offers me a cig or a beer. Remember, Ron Paul is for tolerance. We all need to work together. It's the other politicians who Divide and Conquer.
Ron Paul brings people together, people with different beliefs. Other politicians rule by creating hatred and division. Let's all work together.
I'll use your analogy
You say, "I don't smoke or drink alcohol, but I am not offended if someone offers me a cig or a beer." Let's explore that analogy.
What if someone were to put up a "Drinks4Paul" website with the following suggestions?
Main Points To Drink For Regarding Our Country:
1. We turn away from sobriety and party all the time.
2. We become a booze-swilling nation.
3. We become a nation who is in love with Jack Daniels.
4. We put our sodas aside and turn to the one true King of Beers, Budweiser.
The drinkers on the site would all say, "That's awesome! Sign me up!" The teetotalers, on the other hand, would be appalled even if they understand that people have the right to drink if they want to.
The difference, of course, is that a beer is not a system of beliefs. Anyway, I've been shouted down enough by the First Amendment advocates to know that I've failed the religious test for this forum. I apologize for introducing an unpopular perspective.

Don't blame me! I voted for Ron Paul!
maybe it's not all about you?
we're fighting for our lives.....
believe what you want
live and let live
I say drink up!
I'm one who complained (hopefully politely and constructively) about your initial complaint.
I like the analogy. I don't see anything wrong with someone putting up a web site to encourage drinkers and drinking for Ron Paul. If the tea-totalers protest let them set up their own website. Ron Paul is not going to outlaw booze OR tea.
We need drinkers and non drinkers to vote for him!
People of different cultures can live together as long as they don't need to fear the other culture being forced upon them.
Dec 5
I'm a praying Christian who drinks a beer every now and then.
Dec 5 is the date prohibition was repealed.
GO TO THE BARS , MAKE IT AN EVENT AND SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE TEA PARTY.
Just do your praying before your drinking.l.o.l.
Unless you don't pray then Dec 5 is your day to Drink For Dr. Paul.
Hit the pubs and spread the word. Just like the days of Sam Adams.
The Secret Back Door
Plan B.2 - Draft the Good Doctor
Would you like to guarantee Dr. Ron Paul appears on the 2008 Presidential ballot?
But why do we need a guarantee? The establishment wouldn’t try to cheat the Good Doctor, Heavens no. He will win the Republican nomination fair and square.
When the establishment refused to allow Dr. Paul to participate in the Iowa forum,
locked his supporters out of the Texas straw poll,
changed the rules for primary voting in New Hampshire,
Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, West Virginia,
and tried to exclude him from the Michigan Debates …
those were just flukes, errors, aberrations … right?
And FOX is “Fair and Balanced.”
There is a way to insure Our Chance to Restore the Republic.
Open the backdoor. Become a delegate to the Libertarian Party Convention.
Go online and Join the Libertarian Party [www.lp.org] before December 31st, 2007. A basic Sustaining Membership http://www.lp.org/organization/bylaws.shtml (Article 5) costs only $25 dollars.
The LP Convention will be held May 22-28 at the Adams Mark Hotel - Denver, Colorado.
Am I suggesting that you change your Republican Party affiliation?
Absolutely not!
I am saying we should play the political game and hedge our bets for Dr. Paul.
The Libertarian Party already has ballot status on nearly every state in the nation.
If you are an Independent join at http://www.lp.org/members/newmember.shtml
If you are a Republican join at http://www.lp.org/members/newmember.shtml
If you are a Democrat join at http://www.lp.org/members/newmember.shtml
If you are a Libertarian (75%+ of you already support Dr. Paul) then for crying out loud renew your membership at http://www.lp.org/members/newmember.shtml
If you are an Independent, Republican, or Democrat and you are hesitant to join the Libertarian Party then
support Dr. Paul today by hedging the bet for 2008 and don’t renew in 2009.
This is about doing the
Big Thing the Right Thing - Right NOW!
We the People have shown we will come out in force for the Good Doctor
and the Secret Plan is very simple. (It’s cleverly hidden below.)
The “Secret Plan:”
1) Swarm the LP convention,
2) Make one by-law change like so,
ARTICLE 12: PRESIDENTIAL AND VICE-PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNS
2. No candidate may be nominated for President or Vice-President who is ineligible under the United States Constitution, {{edit this -- who has not expressed a willingness to accept the nomination of the Party, }}or who is not a member of the Party.
3) Nominate or “Draft” Dr. Paul,
4) “Officially” announce Ron Paul’s nomination AFTER the Republican National Convention.
Rationale:
American politics has become an empty theater devoted only to concentrating power for an anointed few. The evidence of that are the constant attacks on Dr. Paul’s campaign. The fact that Dr. Paul dominates straw polls nationwide yet is maligned by the establishment and in the media is almost a footnote.
If we the people retain the mechanism to nominate Dr. Paul then the establishment loses its control over the process. They cannot simply dismiss Dr. Paul without running the risk of having their candidate hijacked.
Imagine … the people controlling the process. That’s pretty democratic.
Imagine … restoring the republic. That’s pretty republican.
Imagine … following the Constitution. That’s pretty libertarian.
Everybody wins!
Either way it's good for the Constitution, good for America, good for Dr. Paul, and good for us because we the people would finally have a man we can all vote for and know we are doing the right thing. We simply have to beat the establishment at its own game.
Besides, Dr. Paul might actually appear twice on ballots.
Worse things could happen.
Plan B.2 - Draft the Good Doctor
Would you like to guarantee Dr. Ron Paul appears on the 2008 Presidential ballot?

wrong answer
I tell the Libertarian and Constitution Party members that try to recruit members in my meetup groups that they are not welcome. Ron Paul has said he is not going to run as a 3rd party candidate especially not until the Republican primary is decided. So for right now the Libertarians and CP activists are our competitors. They compete with us in primary votes, grassroots support, and donations.
So until the LP and CP drop their conventions and fully endorse Ron Paul they need to just get out of the way...
Let people pray.
If people want to pray for Dr.Paul, let them.
Freedom is about everyone expressing themselves their own way. This doesn't need to be controversial.
The mainstream media is dead.
I am having difficulty
I am having difficulty understanding why anybody would be offended that those who proudly proclaim that Jesus Christ is their Savior would join together in prayer for Ron Paul.
Let us remember that Dr, Ron Paul proudly says that his personal Savior is the Lord Jesus Christ.
One thing is for certain - we need all the help we can get as does this campaign. So this topic in no way divides anyone. If you are not interested in prayer, simply ignore this thread.
The truth is - that it is those folks who reply to this thread with insults, hatred, and malice that seek to divide. If you don't like it, don't pray, but please do not insult those of us who know that prayer is poweful. On this point we agree with Dr. Paul. We are all here in support of Dr. Paul, people from all faiths and backgrounds. But the folks here asserting that Christians should refrain from mentioning it or from banding together should recall the picture from A NEW HOPE where the woman has tape over her mouth that says PATRIOT ACT. Don't try and silence others, that is what the Neo Cons do. We should all agree that while we may not agree with what is said, we would die for the right of anyone to say it.
I pray, I believe in Jesus, and I support Ron Paul for President- and yet I was proud to join together with folks from all faiths to support this wonderful man.
Nobody is forcing you to pray or to accept our convictions but those of you spewing hatred towards Christians simply because somebody mentioned Prayer should be ashamed and think about what Ron Paul would say.
Ron Paul 2012 - It's Almost Here!
*sigh*
Look, I don't hate Christians. But I get sick of having religion rammed down my throat at every turn, and the "oppressed majority" shtick wears a bit thin after a while.
The Constitution says that "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." So why should there be a religious test to support Ron Paul or to post on this website?
It's nice that you're "proud to join together with folks from all faiths." Is there any room in your heart for those who do not share that faith or any faith? My original "shameful" and "hateful" post was pretty mild compared to some of the pro-religion blowback.

Don't blame me! I voted for Ron Paul!
please clarify
Sure there's people here who don't agree with you, but WHAT religious test? Who's determined you've failed the religious test and banned you from supporting Ron Paul or posting on this website? I didn't see anyone say it's wrong for you to be an atheist...
Freedom unites people!
Religions divide people, as this thread shows. If Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Mythraists, Wiccans, Odinists etc. wish to unite for freedom and support Ron Paul, great!
Please just keep the small minded view that YOUR religion is better than any other to like minded beLIEvers. Ones spiritual beliefs should be between them and their god/gods.
This is about individual freedom and liberty. And not all American individuals are Christian.
...let it not be said that we did nothing.
-Ron Paul
Pray, Meditate or what ever....
being focused on what's important is great!... Don't exclude anyone and there expression of culture. Civil Disobediance, Prayer, Meditation, Enlightenment, Nirvana and Peaceful resolution will all disolve hatred like a hot knife on butter.
dont make stupid topics
I respect all religions despite taking science as my religion, human my race, and earth as my nationality. But don't make controversial and in my opinion stupid topics like this that will only divide ron paul supporters. Praying is a waste of time, spread the word instead.
Opinion
I am a Secularist and a Ron Paul supporter. I have no problem with a Christian group for Ron Paul, the more broad the support the better.
If we all believe in the constitution than we believe in freedom of religion and separation of church and state. As long as those lines do not get blurred or obscured like in the Bush theocracy than we can ll get along and prosper.

Good Idea to Pray. Dumb Idea to Exclude Anyone
Ron Paul speaks for EVERYONE.
Ron Paul never excludes anyone.
Yes, he needs our prayers.
But we do not want anyone promoting any ideas on THIS website that show in anyway that anyone is favored over anyone else. In fact, that would be a neat thing for any anti-Ron Paul people to do - throw in some religion to divide us.
A wonderful thing about this campaign has been the way everyone is so unified and working together towards a common goal, to improve the lives of everyone.
Let's keep it that way.

I Pray Daily
I pray daily for Ron Paul and his family that they will be safe and given strength and courage during these times. I pray for the campaign that it will be successful and continue to grow our movement across this country.I continue to pray for peace around the world and that those who are hungry will be fed, those without a home will be given shelter and that the children will be given comfort and love. I do not have to go to a website to express these thoughts and prayers.
No need to argue.
If this man wants to make a site for Christians only then that's his right as an individual--like Ron Paul campaigns about.
This is his right as a free person. Please, let the neo-socialists who are going to vote for Hillary or Giuliani argue about this stuff.
Remember, we want individual freedom. We want the government out of our lives to be able to do what we want--that means others too. As long as he doesn't hurt you this man has a right to ask only Christians to go to his site.
I Agree Again
I've given my constructive criticism and I've said my piece. If i want to start my own prayer website that is more inclusive I can. I won't, so I'll leave this thread for people that support it.
I do love a good religious debate though.
I dont want to make this a
I dont want to make this a religious debate either but Ron Paul is a uniter not a divider and this is not in the spirit of Ron Paul. But you have the choice to do whatever you want,
Not right
Muslims do not believe that Allah has a son. Christians believe that Jesus is God's son. So even if God is translated as Allah in a Christian Bible, this would not be the same Allah the Muslims refer to.
In response to Jaymac below
.
Excuse me but iam a muslim
Excuse me but iam a muslim and Allah is the Arabic name for God the same God you pray to. That is the big misconception of people that Allah is a different God.
look, simply put. i disagree
look, simply put. i disagree but i dont think we need to make this a religious debate. the point is, you are welcome to create ur own site allowing all faiths. this is wat liberty is about, individual rights.
