They are using the "V" word
A federal prosecutor could use these recordings as evidence of conspiracy to overthrow the government. Given these are not stupid people, then they must be exceptionally courageous ones.

...or did you miss American History and Western History in general? A Federal Prosecutor can't do shit without "We the Peoples" permission.
Our own past President and Founder, Thomas Jefferson, stated in his own words that the blood of Patriots and Tyrants would be necessary to hold what the Founders created.
This is our Country. It is not the Country of a Tyrannical Government. "We the People" created our Country and it is our RESPONSIBILITY to maintain it.

Dr. Edwin Vieira making some the statements, is probably the foremost Constitutional attorney and scholar in our country today. He graduated, at the top of his class from Harvard Law .He also argued and won 3 out of 4 cases before the United States Supreme Court. All of the speakers are pro-Constitutional GOVERNMENT advocates! Nothing stated or advocated at the "Boston Tea Party" was illegal or unlawful! If a rouge "federal prosecutor" was acting outside our Constitutional law (the supreme law of the land), he would be an outlaw, no different than a common criminal !
