Below are the steps I have personally taken to establish my Status as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People.
They have proven themselves to be the Stone which Fell the Goliath of the State of Oregon and County of Josephine, who cannot in all their purported Power answer point, by point, the questions of Jurisdiction while under Oath or by Affidavit.

Stop depending upon experts to solve problems that only you can solve.
1. Become Debt Free, Remove yourself as a 14th Amendment citizen/slave/debtor to all legal public and private transactions between you and Private and public Corporation Creditors. (Get rid of credit Cards, bank accounts, Deal in Cash, money orders, not credit). Establish yourself as a Creditor, Secured Party, Act, and BE RESPONSIBLE for your actions. (That is the essence of a Sovereign)
2. Common Law allows you to Copyright your Name (Common Law Copyright, not corporate legislative copyright policy) thereby returning you control over your corporate created all CAPITAL LETTER juristic Trademark/tradename in all relationships.

5. Rescind all Government Contracts previously entered into wherein full disclosure at time of Contract was not given by the State, nor understood by you. All such contracts are, by Law, invalid, null and void. (Ex: Driver licenses, Auto License Registration )

Enter into a hold harmless agreement with your legalistic fiction, Juristic Person absolving you, the Living, Breathin, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or Woman of acting as a non-consenting surety for any and all debts incurred or imposed upon such fictional Juristic Person by government/corporate entities.
4. Sever the nexus existing between corporate juristic Person (Strawman) and yourself as a "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or Woman, clearly delineating Truth from Fiction.
5. Enter into a Private Security Agreement with your Juristic Person establishing written documentation of such relationship..
6. File a UCC Financing Statement with Secretary of State and/or County Recorder of such documented relationship.
7. Retain certified copies of said Financing Statements to offer as proof, regardless of Criminal acts, Threats, and or legalistic intimidating arising from any Secretary of State's UNLAWFUL REMOVAL of said documents.

These certified copies may be later offered into evidence toward prosecuting Public Officials for the Crime of Conspiracy to Cover up Crimes committed by other STONE WALLING State and County Corporate officials who overstep their authority and remove them without showing cause because they hold themselves to be above the law in refusing to answer legal questions accompanied by affidavit.... The capital letter thing is crap. Capital letters vs lowercase letters are there for emphasis so that they stand out from the document. They do not change meanings of words. IF I TYPE LIKE THIS, my words do not instantly lose meaning, they just look funny.

Unless you enjoy being continually locked up in jail, do not do this. You will be in court the rest of your life. Coming from someone who's family has been in and out of court with the IRS 4 times, with 3 wins and a draw (they dropped our income tax to nothing for the year and told us we no longer had reason to be in court) and zero lawyers, this is a stupid idea.
If you would like to be in jail the rest of your life, I'm sure you can find someone in government worth strangling, don't bother with the IRS.
Stop wasting your time on this jargon and find someone local running for your city or county who could really use your help and who you know is a Ron Paul Republican (or Democrat) and who you trust to make good decisions for your family.

I typed all of the above before the 2 minute mark, I was so angry about what he was saying. This tells me something about myself. When I'm pissed off about people selling garbage online, I immediately begin loading the cannons. Normally, by the end of the video, I'll have deleted the above and taken a deep breath before I begin, but I wanted to include that above simply because he's absolutely right. Completely ghosted me for 2 minutes, even had the awful posture that people proposing this crap have.

These recommendations are based on a faith
that the courts will follow some arcane rules providing every i is dotted and every t crossed. It is only up to the "sovereign" to decipher these hidden rules and use them as a key to unlock the cell of their subjugation, and the courts will respect their having won the legal chess game.
A few anecdotal examples notwithstanding, where is the evidence that governments in general willingly bind themselves to arcane rules? When I see how much disregard they show the US Constitution on a daily basis I have to question first their understanding of the rules they are supposed to follow and second, that they feel any compulsion to follow any rule that stands in the way of what they want to do. The courts are different? I hardly think so. We have all heard about corruption and abuse on the bench. My impression is that the robed class typically follows its own political agenda and cares nothing for rights rooted in antiquity.
Faith that any judge *has* to honor a formula for becoming a sovereign individual borders on delusion in my estimation. Anecdotal successes might have been due to judicial whim: "Get the hell out of my courtroom, you're giving me a headache!"
Imagine a brutal future: When the black helicopter gunships are roving the countryside looking for NWO resisters, and they decide to interrogate you rather than just eliminate you on the spot with a few machine gun rounds, do you genuinely expect that upon failing to find any form of government ID on you that they will leave you to go your merry way? If so, you do not understand force.

One must have a very thorough understanding of Blacks Law and the Uniform Commercial Code before attempting to undo contracts with the beast. Your Social Security Number is a contract, your Drivers License is a contract, your Federal Tax id number is a contract along with every tax return ever filed, your bank account is a contract, your credit card is a contract etc. It is possible to do these things but you must KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE DOING!!!

The correct procedure is much simpler. If you are not already a sovereign, become a sovereign by becoming a representative of the true Sovereign of the Universe (consult your local Bible). If you are already a sovereign, no action is necessary. Sovereigns have no need to prove their sovereignty to others, unless they deign to, in their infinite discretion.
Ray forgets that a sovereign can also choose not to invoke sovereignty when dealing with a mindless beast so as to proceed past that beast fortuitously. If you sever all ties with the beast, in international politics that is identical to declaring war on it, and you will need ammo for that. Best not to create a new nation until you have counted the cost. Be incremental; it works for the Fabian Society.
As for the niggling details of daily living, for the "income" tax, see Lost Horizons dotcom and read "Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America". For other hazards of this beast, read "Upholding the Law" by the same author. With a grain of salt and at the admitted risk of being accused of "my guru is better than yours", of course.

DO NOT DO ALL THIS. I did and none of it means a hill of beans. The tax attorney I retained said all of it was true but that you can't fight City Hall. You have to be really wealthy to defend these actions or be prepared to lose EVERYTHING. UCC Filing, all the rest of it . . . doesn't work.
Trust me on this. I have been silent so far with all the posts about "going sovereign" but I feel compelled to give you words of warning. I went the whole route down to the smallest detail and the Feds came after me with a vengeance.

I'm pretty sure your attorney screwed you from the beginning and set you up in favor of the court. Why? Because that's job, controversy. Additionally, what staking this claim does is cut right to the very heart of the nature of existence and you cannot have someone speak for you where your own existence is in question. You have to know who you are. You have to know thyself. Why? Because that is the argument and out of all things in the universe this the one thing no one can speak for you on. period. He saved my butt from the IRS. He used to be an attorney for the IRS and left to defend people against them. He is truly a nationally renouned tax defender.
I didn't use an attorney to do all the "sovereign paperwork" etc. I did it all myself and have all the many books to prove that I followed exactly what has been mentioned in this forum. I know all about it. I lived it and I lost.
If you don't care about the possibility of the IRS coming after you, be my guest and have at it. If you are wealthy and have plenty of money and time to defend your position, go for it.
A friend of mine has a brother who has gone through the sovereign process and is now awaiting sentencing. He's flat broke and can't even defend himself.
From the sound of a lot of these posts, it seems like this is a somewhat new phenomenon to many of you. I did this a decade ago. I thoroughly researched all of the issues before I made the decision and really thought, based on what I had been told from others who were doing the same thing, that it would be easily defended. WRONG. I thought that "right has might" and I was WRONG.
The government and the IRS could care less about the constitution, the bogus interpretations of real law, and your sovereignty. I strongly suggest that you wait until more precedents are set in the courts before embarking on this journey.
But, if you feel you are so smart and newly learned on the issue, be my guest and go for it. Some people have to learn by personal experience.

The 14th amendment made us citizens of the United States. Before that we were Citizens of the various states. I think the 14th amendment needs to be rexcinded in order for this to really gain ground.

Questions
I have been reading a lot of stuff like this lately regarding common law, UCC 1-207, individual sovereignty, etc. 1 thing keeps cropping up and that is the SS number. If I understand it right, one of the deals is you get rid of the number, or give it back, or stop using it or something.
My question is, "without a SS number, can you still get a job"? When your potential employer expects you to provide it, and you don't they don't, they won't hire you. What about those who already have good jobs that use the SS number? Do you file something with your current employer saying "hey, I'm not a number, I am a free man", and then they laugh at you? Do you serve them with a notice saying "stop paying into social security using my earnings?"
Not everyone can just up and quit their jobs, and start their own small business, especially now. starting a small business is very hard and most new small businesses fail.
My last question is income tax related. Let's say you are all like "yeah, the income tax is unconstitutional, blah blah blah", and the judge is like "I will not allow the law into my court room", and bam! next thing you know your in federal prison for 5 years, what good have you done? Now your wife has to work 2 jobs to support your kids, and probably ends up losing the house, etc.
I guess, I'm asking these questions because I agree with the principal, but applying them in the practical sense seems like starvation.
If anyone can answer or point me in the right direction to where I can look it up I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

And you are right, this is a path to trouble. If it works, you're golden. But if it doesn't (and I have to admit, I don't buy a word of it) you are SCREWED.
The bottom line is, if the judge says "take him away", they do it. Unless you somehow "reach" all the baliffs and cops in the courtroom and then the ones who come after those, you're going down.

I think your right Mike. I work on aircraft, an industry that is highly regulated by the federal gov't. I'm starting school soon to go for my Airframes and Power plants license from the FAA. Let's say I do all of this court stuff and I go "Yay! I'm free! Screw you suckers, I'm not paying into or participating in your ponzi scheme anymore cuz I am sovereign, dude!" Then what? How do I eat, clothe myself, buy food, or let's say I own property and can grow my own food (which I don't), how will I pay the property tax if I refuse to use their money? How do I cash my paycheck w/o a bank? Money Tree? Nope! Money Tree asks for your SS# too!
I don't think it's realistic or feasible. I know some people do it, but the average or below average individual has no chance whatsoever of saying "Ok, I'm sovereign now, and I do not recognize your system" and still being able to survive. No cop or immigration checkpoint official asking you for "your papers please" is going to go "Oh your a freeman-on-land. So sorry to bother you sir, have a nice day!", just like they don't give 2 craps about your 4th Amendment.

You can't get a w4 job. The
You can't get a w4 job. The companies are private and they have the right to require it if they want. You are correct if you go this route it limits your options. You can get under the table jobs but most of those are in the toile now. i.e. construction, landscaping, etc.
Maybe sell items on ebay or craigs list etc.. I can tell you I was involved with all this stuff many years ago and all these guys act like it so simple and you just file your paper work and say the right things in court and poof you are free. It doesn't work that way. They all have their success stories but not one of them can prove any of them. But they can sell you books and tapes.
If you want to be free the best thing you can do is not take w4 job and have your own business and stay under table as much as possible and stay under the radar as much as possible, don't draw attention to yourself. None of this stuff will free you until enough people are willing to stand up.
There are no guarantees but our once in a lifetime opportunity is coming with the collapse of our fiat system so prepare accordingly it won't be easy and we might fail that is the reality.
