OKLAHOMAS! STAND UP FOR YOUR LIBERTY AND SOVEREIGNTY THIS JAN 3RD!
Many of you have been pining about what we can do about the bailouts and the federal government’s headlong rush to fascism and socialism. The answer is for the states to call together assemblies of citizens to work with the state legislatures to re-assert our constitutionally protected state sovereignty. The Constitutional Alliance invites all Oklahomans to do exactly that this Saturday, January 3rd at 7pm at the Character First Convention Center 520 W. Main; OKC! State Representative Charles Key will be speaking about, and taking input on, his 10th amendment resolution which demands that the US Congress cease and desist all unfunded federal mandates and intrusions into Oklahoma sovereignty. Representative Key will also be announcing his support for many other measures designed to assert Oklahoma’s sovereignty like a resolution requiring the Oklahoma Attorney General to seek Supreme Court Review of the Federal Reserve Act and whether or not it is unconstitutionally allowing the states to accept bills of credit (Federal Reserve Notes) as legal tender in place of gold and silver. Anti-Real ID activist Mark Learner will be presenting legislation designed to block implementation of Real ID in Oklahoma which is set to be sponsored by legislators like Charles Key and State Senator Constance Johnson. Senator Johnson will also be speaking about what the Oklahoma Senate is planning to do to support efforts to protect freedom, liberty, and sovereignty against the wave of socialism currently sweeping the nation. We will also hear from a Genuine Ron Paul Republican who will announce a 2010 run for Oklahoma’s fourth district US Congressional seat!
The founders intended for the states to be the check and balance against federal power. Sadly, for far too long those states have made themselves beholden to the central government through “funded compliance” with federal intrusion. In Oklahoma, that era ends and a new one begins on January 3rd! Be a part of history in the making. Great news!
Oklahoma has been doing much to lead the charge recently. They reasserted sovereignty under the 10th Amendment and basically told the federal gov't to stick it. It put the federal gov't on notice regarding their extra-constitutional activities, and I'm happy for Oklahoma for doing so. I'm really glad to see events and speaking engagements and and resolutions that move sovereignty and liberty forward.
I think Oklahoma is more awake than most states in the union. The Ron Paul R3volution has both pure libertarians and strict constitutionalists in it. The pure libertarians would have us believe that states do not have rights. I disagree with this. The constitution recognizes 2 entities, individuals, and states. Yes, states currently are functioning as corporations, as are cities, but it wasn't always so, (I think this change happened after we went bankrupt from the Civil War) and we can return them to the way they were supposed to be, if we restore the constitution and actually follow it this time. I certainly do not think we need a new one.

The "state of OK" is what is it, a state. A CORPORATION! Almost all states incorporated in the 1960s under the federal government which is why states rights mean squat!
For instance, I always thought that I was from the State of New Jersey; I am not and instead I am from the People's Republic of New Jersey. Big difference being that one is a "state" and the other is a republic. Even if they merged the NAU it would not matter, the People's Republic of New Jersey would still exist and be applicable to me... Once I submit a notice of intent and understand - claim of right.
Please people lets wake up. Freedom is already here we just need to educate ourselves and "grow up" intellectually. TeamLaw is already tracking the reseating of the REPUBLIC, please look into it. I honestly believe one of the reasons their speeding things up is because they are afraid once the Republic is reseated they will have lost everything they've tried to gain all these years. The corporate government will finally be put in its place - to serve the people's business interests.

I have been to Team Law and
I have been to Team Law and I understand their argument. On its face it seems like a good one at that. However, it is so convoluted that it will NEVER be understood by the voting population. Besides when a private family company or LLC IPOs it does not leave behind the "shell" of the previous sole proprietorship/partnership intact yet empty...the original entity ceases to exist. Regardless, the way to take back our country/corporation is to outvote those in power...THIS WE CAN DO and when we do then we can de-incorporate...or whatever. Sadly, Team Laws argument lacks salience in a big way. Honestly, how are we supposed to convince the voting population that there is a hidden shell of the old Republic that has been sitting dormant since 18?? Corporations are controlled by their shareholders, executive board, and boards of directors. Thus the way to win it all back is to take back those offices whether they are in the old republic or the new corporation is irrelevant.
Example: Colorado has had an "original jurisdiction" Governor for how long??? and who knows about it? And what has he done? And is he really the Governor if he is not in control of any of the states bureaucracy or infrastructure?
Lastly, the only way to rest back control the way Team Law advises is for all the original jurisdiction Governors, Congress Persons, and Senators to be seated...and then get the Military to transfer their allegiance from the corporation to the old republic when most of the senior officers have no clue as to what that actually is. As far as they know, they would be being asked to effect a coup. It MAY be the case that we are now a corporation if what Team Law says is correct, but even if it is the "corporation can be taken back the same way as if it was still the old republic by voting out the old officers and voting in new ones.
So lets not get distracted and keep our eyes on the ball. This Ron Paul liberty values coalition has caught fire! In Los Angles we have taken over the party and sent the neo-cons packing. THIS CAN BE DONE FOLKS IF WE KEEP UP THE PRESSURE AND KEEP FIGHTING LIKE WE HAVE BEEN.
During the great depression, socialism ran rampant because no one would stand up to Roosevelt and offer free market solutions or make them salient to the public. We cannot make that mistake again. The new new deal is on our doorstep and we MUST offer the American People an alternative.
