Hence why EVERY single document pertaining to the corporate government is in all capital letters, capital letters represent your "person"(a corporation) and not the flesh and blood you. Ironically, when politicians talk about the "tax payer" they are speaking to your person, not necessarily you!

State Citizens (with a capital C) are free people who hail from their Nation-State. Each and every state in the united States of America is an actually free and independent country which can Lawfully join and exit the Union of Several States.
This type of government system is whats known as a REPUBLIC; Not a democracy as being portrayed by the media and politicians. What I'm saying IS truth. However, please do not take my word for it and instead do some research on your own and come to the same conclusion on your own time.

It's all interesting and perhaps even true. But what I wonder is, why does it matter? If this is true and I know it, I don't see how it's going to help me change anything. I'm still a slave and the government doesn't give a damn about the law because it is a dictatorship. Since when does a dictatorship care about technicalities about defining you as a person? As if I could change my name to lower case and say, "no my name is spelled like this and you have no jurisdiction over me." It wouldn't change a thing. (And we can't change our name to lower case anyways if we wanted to.)

CAPITAL LETTERS ARE VERY IMPORTANT.
From what i've heard, the corporate state governments are very ignore to the truth; however, at the federal level they are extremely competent to the various LAWS and statutory laws.
When you identify them in court as a corporation and identify yourself as a free living man you LAWFULLY have authority OVER them. They understand this and respect it but you must have many security items in place to reinforce your position.
I'm beginning to believe that a mixture of Sovereignty, UCC, and an understanding of Admiralty law (law of water) is whats needed to successfully become a State Citizen.

The constitution is actually an instrument of debt. However this debt did not lie with the people but instead the nation-states. Remember, as a free people separate their nation-state State Citizens had no "beef" with the constitution because all that did was guarantee states rights while being in debt. the courts, and the penal system, but to me seems to be a loser, he says you can't do anything with the m.o. sovereign status and its a bunch of junk, I think he goes overboard, and doubt if he has even two of his ducks in a row. I myself will reserve judgment on that whole affair. Now if your paying for this info thats another story, there seems to be plenty of info about this m.o.s.s. on the net for free.

I don't think anyone is saying that what you are claiming is factually incorrect or conspiracy theory. Some have pointed out though. and rightly so, things like the effect of the 14th Amendment upon what was originally established. We are a Republic, yes, but we are functioning as a Democracy now against the advice of our founders. There are lots of these posts these days on "declaring sovereignty" but the feasibility of doing so isn't there. Can I keep my job, forward my career by getting an FAA A&P liscense, or cash my paychecks, with no SS#? No I can't.

I listened to parts of it.
Again, it sounds like a bunch of legal stuff that doesn't help me. I build Airplanes. I'd love to start my own company building airplanes, but it's not going to happen. This isn't the days of Kitty Hawk. Outside of the career I currently have, I got nothing. Zip. Zero. I have no degree, but I am going back to school next week, and my employer is paying for it. I got a good thing going and no one else is offering me anything that I can use. In fact, in a time when America has lost most of it's manufacturing jobs to foreign companies, I consider myself lucky and fortunate to have one.
I listened to various portions of that guy talking, and I didn't hear anything that could help me, so I lost interest. I did skip around alot in all 4 parts though. It is not feasible or practical to start my own business at this time and in this economy, ( I thought from the title of your link that I might hear him talk about just that, but I didn't. It was all about how "I'm not a signatory to the Constitution", "I'm not a person", "This is how the prosecutors can screw me", and "I can't sue the government". It sounded like whining). I got something good and I don't want to screw it up. If you have something specific, tangible, realistic, or practical to offer, please let me know. If you have something philosophical, esoteric, impractical, or unrealistic for the average individual to understand and obtain, then don't bother. Thanks.

I understand what you're saying. We all need to make a living. But the way things are going right now making that living is going to start getting hard. If the framework of your life is only complementary to getting by and getting along to get along. When times get tough you will never be able extend yourself beyond the confines you've created for yourself.

If from lawlessness...Well that sounds like the statutes put forth by the US corporation. What's fickleness? The undetermination to take action and responsibly when confronted with truth. Folly is a half-assed or otherwise incomplete pursuit of sovereignty for lacking of understanding. Basically this is what you did when skipping threw the material and just glazing over it. Self-indulgence meaning you actually like the slave status. What this is saying is you have the power if you so chose to exercise it but with full responsibility and full liability. Is this not what everybody here is fighting for? The ability to take responsibility for your own lives? Well, there they are telling you how.
It's about designing a life not just going along to get along. Men of good will must band together to make a compact they can agree to. This is for the people on this forum that talk about forming self-sustaining libertarian communities. Growing our own food and designing our own way of life under riles and condition that we all can agree to and are signatory to giving each of us the right to redress. The community itself would be an IGO and all members signed to the compact would be IGOs within the community. Once we sign our own compact that becomes our intellectual property protected under international law. This is in the Law of Nations which was incorporated into the constitution by reference. Which by the way if you haven't read the Law of Nations perhaps disqualifies you from making any claim to "knowing" the constitution. (so the trolls can just STFU)

Look I'm not ready to come out either I just want to but I know I'm only about 10% of the way there in the knowledge necessary. 0% of the way to providing for my status, my state of one. These things take time and this is precisely why in the past people have banded together to form treaties and sign a compact. Because it is hard.
And even if you get all the information and know it all. You don't have to exercise the power until you so choose to. But I have to tell you that I think it would be much more advantageous to know this information and be ready before martial law. This won't keep then from shooting you in the street. But remember you have contracts with them if you resist you are in violation of those contracts. So if you don't come out that gives them auto-justification for what they do.
One last caveat. If enough people operated this way and banded together. Essentially it's a union. The kicker is that it is actually by you for you rather than a puppet institution there to keep the slaves working. If you got together with men of like mind and good will, meaning other people in your industry. Then as freemen you would have the collective bargaining power you need to negotiate terms and conditions of your contracts and treaties. You would not be an employee anymore but rather a contractor. This happens all the time in international business. Corporations contract other corporations all the time.
