Dr. Paul could present his concerns by asking the Supreme Court to clarify the Constitution. When should a candidate for POTUS be vetted and by whom?. I think this is a patriotic question and would be very helpful to America moving forward.

He said that somebody supposedly called Dr. Paul's office and confronted him about standing up for the Constitution.

Hale posted the divorce papers, minus four pages that are missing and coming later and he states that the real birth certificate is at a port of entry in the US and that he's hiring a PI to get it.

Oh, but apparently there is more that he will reveal. He said she was using some other name and I think he said she was some kind of agent for the CIA. It was because they discovered her other name that lead them to the real birth certificate.

Still no proof..just random talk...

There is a way. When Congress votes to ratify the electorial college's votes. At that time one senator and one representative can voice their concerns. At that time the senator and representative will be given 5 minutes to address their peers. After the 5 minutes are up, 2 hours will be given to debate.

I'm not sure what happens after that. Maybe they vote to ratify or maybe they pass the issue to the Supreme Court.

...and Mr. Hale didn't say "Ron Paul is going to stand up for the Constitution", he said "Ron Paul got a backbone and is going to challenge Obama." Doesn't sound very pro-Paul to me and if this fails, this guy has a scapegoat for the failure. The way he's been proclaiming victory all evening leads me to believe that he's going to be looking for a reason why it inexplicably failed and now he has a congressman that "got a backbone" too late in the game.

Like I said in another topic, I'd hate for this guy's listeners to become anti-Paul over this, but Ron Paul challenging this is just Ron Paul being consistent as usual.
