It might do us some good to stay connected to all of our RP meetup groups. If we fall on hard times we can turn to people we know and trust to help us get back on our feet. We could hire each other if we get laid off (even if it's only possible to do that for a little while). We could buy guns from each other if they ever get confiscated in a Katrina style situation. We could buy goods from each other in gold and silver if inflation gets really bad.
So don't stop going to those meetups whether they are for C4L, YAL, RP for president meetups or what have you. Later on, it might literally pay!

I think a survival skill/asset database would be great.
I don't know if it would fly here, however, because so many are paranoid and fearful of "FEMA camps".
It would be nice to have a list of people interested in preparedness team fashion, though.
