Someone who works for the FBI told me the following:
He had been tracking a terrorist suspect for months - collected all kinds of data on him. He was required to turn his findings over to the CIA.
When he got the file back he couldn't believe his eyes....
The CIA deleted information vital for identifying the guy, and told them "this is what you have to work with".
Guess they really don't want the guy to get caught!
