A Holocaust? I thought that was 6 million Jews plus
millions of gypsys, Catholics, Blacks etc. dying by the Nazis in WWII. That is the only Holocaust I know.
If someone fires a rocket from a mosque, they must NOT consider that mosque a very sacred place. It then becomes a target if there are people using it for war, in a war. Using people as human shields means that those people are willing participants in a war and also become targets.
If the people did not want radical Islam in Gaza, the Palestinians would have removed these radical groups. Israel gave back Gaza in 2005 as a big step to attain peace. The rest is history.

... Then I am sure you are equally pissed about the billions in funding and aid we send Israels enemies annually. yet you didn't mention that part in your post below. We found out that Hamas has been using the millions in medical and food aid we send them for profits. As they sell what was given to them for their people to the highest bidder. What do you suppose Hamas does with the cash and profits the US gives them called "Aid". You guessed it, they turn that into weapons. So the reality is that we the American people are taxed to provide aid and weapons to both sides of this battle. Are you suprised? Let's agree that we should not be taxed for benefit of ANY other nation or people outside of the US. Then we can sit back uninvolved and neutral. Seems I heard this idea somewhere before.

Gaza now belongs to Israel as the Egyptian peace settlement w/ Israel states. The occupants are ex-Egyptians abandoned by their Egyptian brothers after a failed War. Still some are the rements of Yasar Arafats Merry Band of nomadiac Muslims; expelled from Lebanon, Egypt and Syria, during the 70's, 80's and 90's...now squatting in Gaza. So if this is a Holocaust, it is a Holocaust of their own choosing. Stupid is as Stupid does.

I found out today

less than there were before the war. A far more realistic number.

The few "ovens" that there were only means that if six million died the Germans would have had to run about a hundred jews per minute through each oven! Cremation takes a lot of time and great deal of fuel. Fuel was in extream short supply and every drop went for the war effort.

So how exactly does one throw a dead person 30 feet up into the air? Did they have enormous forklifts? Did they slingshot them way up there? holocaust= burning with fire
it is the definition in Webster's 1828 dictionary. it has to do with the ovens that the Jews bodies were burned with by the Nazi's. it does not have anything to do with the killing. that is why it was called a holocaust. mass shootings and burials does not meet the required meaning of the word holocaust.
