He couldn't be more of an NWO insider. The election of Jimmy Carter represented the Trilateral Commission's take over of the executive branch. He was hand picked by Brzezinski and David Rockefeller and groomed by Brzezinski for the presidency. He was one of the original members of the TC. When he was elected he swept nearly one third of the Trilateral Commission's North American membership into top government posts, such as Under Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of Energy, Delegate to Law of the Sea, Chief envoy to China, Ambassador to the United Nations, Deputy Secretary of Sate, Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs, Ambassador to Italy, and on and on, This domination has continued ever since. Mondale, Bush Sr., Clinton, Gore, and Cheney are all members of the Trilateral Commission.

The Trilateral Commission dominates the CFR as well. Almost half of the Board of Directors of the CFR are Trilaterals, despite the fact that the TC has roughly one hundred members from North America and therefore represent only a small fraction of the CFR's membership, which numbers in the thousands.

Also, I recommend reading the Chapters 33 and 34 of Barry Goldwaters 1979 book With No Apologies, which are named The Nonelected Rulers and Jimmy Who? respectively. Here are some quotes:

Whereas the Council on Foreign Relations is distinctly national in membership, the Trilateral Commission is international... It is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. Zbigniew Brzezinski and David Rockefeller screened and selected every individual who was invited to participate in shaping and administering the proposed new world order." pg 293

"The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power – political, monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical.” pg. 297

"What the Trilaterals truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the national-states involved... As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future." - pg. 299

"The Roman emperor Augustus created the Praetorian Guard, an elitist, priviledged, protective corps. Over the years the Praetorians accumulated sufficient power to destroy any empoeror they opposed. They blocked efforts to reestablish a true republic. They were able to select and elevate their candidate to the position of emperor. The Trilateral Commission is a modern Praetorian Guard." pg.300

"David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski found Jimmy Carter to be their ideal candidate. They helped him win the nomination and the presidency. To accomplish this purpose, they mobilized the money power of the Wall Street bankers, the intellectual infulence of the academic community-- which is subservicent to the wealth of the great tax-free foundations-- and the media controllers represented in the membership of the CFR and the Trilateral. " - pg. 300
