Tom Sullivan (FOX Business) predicts RP vs. Obama 2012 if economy continues collapse

Did anybody else hear it? Was it a DPer he was talking to? I've been listening to lots of talk radio today and the RP people are out in full force today!
Caller to Tom Sullivan mentioned gold, Federal Reserve, Amero and even Ron Paul - all with general agreement from the host. Then the host goes on to predict that "they" will put Ron Paul up against Obama in 2012 if the economy is still in trouble.
Makes my day to hear another RP person on the radio - they don't even usually have to say RP's name, you just know. Good job callers!

I was looking for some RP for 2012
But haven't found anything that really catches my eye. We need to get some good artists together to make some bumper stickers, shirts, etc. I wanted to buy some now, but didn't really like what's out there.

I heard that caller
He was spot on and was allowed to speak for quite a while. He did a great job.
Sullivan pointed out that the Fed was created so the likes of Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi wouldn't be able to have a direct hand in monetary policy. He admitted that he was beginning to second guess that stance due to recent events.
The caller countered that if Congress regained monetary authority by voting the Fed out of existence that instituting congressional term limits would be of paramount importance to prevent the inevitable influence peddling/corruption of a politician given long term authority over the money supply.
And of course it made my day that a msm radio show host mentioned RP as having a good chance at a run against Obama in 2012.
Tom Sullivan is either naive or an idealist.*..
Q. Anyone remember the last President who was not a member of the CFR?
A. Reagan --but he chose a CFR member for VP --which I fully doubt Ron Paul would do.
*this could change IF we can get control of one of the major parties, or convince enough people to vote third party..there would be alot of effort needed to convince the typical American that a third party is viable.

I have to disagree with one of your points.
"..there would be alot of effort needed to convince the typical American that a third party is viable."
I don't think so. I believe the people are ready to vote Third Party right now. And I'll tell you something else: they were in 2008, too.
The people that need convincing that a Third Party is viable are OUR people. Beginning with Ron Paul himself.
I support Dr. Paul running on the GOP ticket again because he made great strides educating the public in his last run. But I'm under no illusion that the RNC will let him have the nomination, or even offer him a VP slot. I think he will be snubbed, just like last year. Snubbed and possibly cheated using electronic voter fraud.
The Republican nominee in 2012 is most likely going to be Sarah Palin.
The funny part no one sees yet is that eventually someone WILL create an effective Third Party---and that the Republican Party will become a Third Party itself, in a matter of time. In fact, if the economy does not take Obama down, the GOP is well on its way to that status right now.

What a thrill it must have been
to hear such support.
No audio clip found on Fox Business.
Would have been music to my ears.
