First, notice there are nearly 9,000 voters for "Legalize Rec and Med Use" - in 1st by about 1500. Second place is free healthcare... Second Place is FREE HEALTHCARE. Got that? But it gets worse. Another 7500 folks come up with third place of... "End the4 War On Drugs." OK, hippies, back away from the bong before you vote... I am perhpas the loudest voice for a "revolution of one" kind of individualism, but when one desires to win a popularity contest, one must band together with like minds...
On to #4... saving small businesses from oppressive government legislation. Better, but how about we save individuals and the Constitution (if we are pretending there is still a Constitution in effect?)
Down in 11th place, we have the sad little stoners voting to decriminalize pot and hemp. They actually skipped right over the #1 and #3 sympathetic choices to stake out their own little island. Now I don't know who posted in what order, but at least two of the three posters bear responsibility for splitting this group of clearly like minded individuals. Who would do a thing like that?

I feel like children grasping in the air at the adults-- grasping for candies and toys. Are we only going to get 1 toy? Oh wait, Change.org says top 10, so we'll get 10 treats then screw the rest. The people have been heard.

And nothing is guaranteed. And these will only be 'addressed' by Obama. And more of the same. And change can sometimes be worse.

And why haven't we stormed Congress yet? Why haven't we arrested anyone yet? Why do we keep watching videos and get mad and that's it?

And the rich get richer, and the poor get stupider, and what will it take before you lose your mind and do something amazing?!

I'm afraid to act alone. There are strength in numbers. Will you go to prison with me? Will you be pelleted and gassed and stomped upon and tazed with me?

Sanjay Gupta, who will be appointed Surgeon General, has already spoken against legalization of it in a recent CNN article and Obama will not allow for legalization. He has already released a statement against it. I just can't find it right this second.

If anyone believes Obama will bring change, they are right. The change will be an even larger government and even more control of your economic and civil liberties.

This is evident through his proposed deficit spending which will cause you to be taxed through increased pricing or through reducing government promises that were already stolen through each of our paychecks with the promise of providing us retirement and healthcare. When Social Security was announced, it was there to provide for complete retirement and not just to supplement it. Social Security payments have been delayed by pushing up the age when one can receive it and inflation has relegated payments received through Social Security are irrelevant. Inflation because of the Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve printed out $8 trillion in the last six months and dwarfed the robbery of Federal Income taxes by almost $7 trillion. His proposed tax cuts in his stimulus plan has no correlated spending reductions so this inflation will continue with Obama but with even great viggor. Obama speaks of no oversight or control or elimination of the Federal Reserve, it will just be his tool to finance his trillion dollar deficits.

War will continue, possibly escalate, as evident through his Defense Department picks.

Bailouts for the rich will continue, as will subsidies to the poor who have not been robbed of their paychecks through taxation. Take a look at all of his bailout prosal.

Take a look at Obama's voting record for the real answer. Don't pay attention to his moving lips of his Presidential campaign. He lied to everyone to get the votes. Just look up "Obama lied" on YouTube if you are a Obama follower and you will here his waffling on the CFR, Pot, and others aspects. He backed down from his Robin Hood promise to steal more from the rich for everyone else days after he was announced the winner.

I remember my neighbor, who was campaigning for Obama, who tried to explain things to me about realllocation of wealth that Obama subscribes to. He said, "You see, the way I look it, there is this pot of money that the government has and I feel it would be better to get the less fortunate an helping hand as opposed to wars. Bush wasted our money on wars, Obama will spend that on those in need."

While I agree Bush and his administration wasted our stolen funds on war, the fact of the matter is the pot of money is empty. Trillion dollar deficits means expenses exceed income by a trillion dollars. They either have to finance this deficit through taxation (which he can't do as Americans are taxed enirely too much), borrowing (China has already lost their lust for our debts), or creation of money through the Federal Reserve. Obama is choosing the last option and this will have dire consequences for us all.

Obama followers blame Bush, but there is more history than the past 8 years. Clinton borrowed from our welfare system that is broken and that is how he achieved a surplus. It's a slight of hand trick in accounting.

I understand the appeal of Obama because he spoke of helping this country. He will not. He will continue the path of past Republican and Democratic Presidents and administrations as evident through his voting record and rhetoric.

I just hope Obama followers will see the writing on the wall and perhaps see that free society is based on sound money. Sound money would eliminate the Federal Income tax, Federal Reserve, eliminate these social welfare and corporate bailout programs, and eliminate these wars in other countries that are not our business.

Take a look at your paycheck before Federal Taxes, Social Security, and Medicare is taken out and just think what kind of impact that would have on your own financial situation. I bet you could then retire without the help of the government, could fund your own healthcare without the government, be debt free, and retire substaintially earlier than what the government allows. We are all suckers to be forced to work till almost 70 years old. Too bad the true freedom fighter was casted aside.

Oh well, if the government is still functioning around 2012, Ron Paul will be a possibility. Don't feel bad, Obama followers, for making a mistake. I did when I voted for Bush. The important thing is to not feel poorly about your past mistakes, it is more important to learn from them and take better action when you have a second chance.
