Eighteen builders have more than 100 models priced under $100 per square foot, said Larry Murphy, president of SalesTraq, which tracks the Las Vegas housing market. The price per square foot of new homes sold through October was $126.01 — a 30 percent decline from $180.17 in 2007."

golf courses in Vegas. I'm not from Vegas, but I follow what goes on there. If Vegas is hurting, then we are in trouble. I thought that place was bust proof and inflation proof. However, Vegas is an attraction that has a big appetite that must be fed.
Nearly every headline was not good news, except for the anticipated 12,000 people being hired for another casino? How long will those jobs last?
