Why the government does not need taxes to operate

The short of it all is that each government entity from school districts to city, county, state and federal governments, which total some 85,000 corporations nationwide own 85% of all stockmarket investments totalling some $60 TRILLION in liquid assets. Whenever there are funds leftover from the previous tax year, which there almost always is, the extra is re-invested into government retirement and investment funds--saved for a rainy day in each of these incorporated entities. And not our rainy day as not a single penny is returned to the tax payers. This is the "Holy Grail" of all government deceptions.

Our governments local and national have been doing this, and getting away with it, for the past 60 years while we are entertained by the syndicated media--owned and controlled by a syndicated government/corporate partnership. They get away with this by keeping two separate books, one with th! e budget, (called the Annual Financial Report--AFR), the other showing the investments--the CAFR report (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report).

You can also call for a copy of the CAFR report. It's usually FREE! And it will change the way you vote and the way we go about solving our sound money problem. The solution lies in setting up Tax Retirement Funds from the city, county, and then state levels. This fund essentially eliminates the need for taxes by using a small percentage of investment earnings normally siphoned off for grossly over-funded retirement funds and instead redirected to run government.

PLEASE read Walter Burien's plans on how this works. It doesn't mean totally taking investments away from those in control. Only one third of government budgets, according to Burien, is met by taxes. The other 2/3rds come from loans and self-made debt funded by the Federal Reserve System.

Remember, the system operates on the premise that it only has to have 10% of "cash-on-hand." Well, if 60 trillion dollars is the "cash-on-hand" then the next galaxy AND BEYOND is the limit in their minds. We are already hearing talk of QUADRILLION. Each of us are worth $650,000 in slave-collateral. With the present generational debt of about $44 trillion, that comes to only $146,000 for every man, woman and child--if I did the math right. Which means $504,000 left to go given the population stays at 300 million. It is just a matter of how much you and I want to go into debt.

Throw a brick through your one-eyed-vision programming sets, the CAFR accounts are at the crux of what makes the Fed and the stockmarket cartel tick. But we CAN end this huge catastrophe if we start implementing a Tax Retirement Fund in every city, county and state entity.
