Success Story - New Converts
I painted a huge Ron Paul logo on my back windshield and purposely park my car in different areas of my work parking lot. I didn't want to preach at work, but I was more than willing to answer questions if people happened to ask.
Over the past 3 weeks, I've talked with nearly 4 dozen people and have helped 7 of them change their party affiliation here in Pennsylvania. Most were Independents and Democrats who really liked RP's message. I've also been sent copies of email receipts for campaign donations and they are fired up for Dec 16th.
I sufferred from severe apathy before learning about Dr. Paul, but now I have become so motivated that my family and friends are asking "What the hell is going on with Jim? He hates politics...".
My message to everyone is to conitnue spreading the word so voters can make an informed decision. The people I have converted are not casual voters anymore, and I have to paint 3 more back windshields this coming week. Keep fighting, our future depends on it!!

great news
i have done the same on my windows.
every person i have converted tells me they are passing it on to their friends and they continue to pass it on. freedom and liberty are like a virus. only a good one.

keep up the good work
Just simply having an RP bumper stick helps, wearing a T-shirt, helps all of this increases awareness helps. But I'll tell ya you who this has the most impact on is your friends and family. Guys you have a beer with....girls that you share special times with they see your passion and it is contagious. Just keep up the good work are momentum can't be stopped!
Dido that
Thats awesome I have done the same thing on my Jeep's back window. I noticed that restaurants and businesses usually have an open spot right in front of the door. I always park it there so everyone coming out has to stare right at it. Strategic parking as I call it. I get a lot of comments even at gas stations. Keep up the good work. Window stickers are effective.

I'd be willing to meet up
I'd be willing to meet up with people to share my stencils and time to do more back windshields. I'm in the Pittsburgh, PA area and I've got plenty of chalk paint left. I'll get a picture of my car this afternoon and post it then. You can reach me by email at james.hughes@enlistedvision.com to setup a time to stencil cars.
wish I could join you all

Have you posted this on Ron Paul Forums?
They have a section for activities in each state. It might do well there.

Positive post thanks
Thank you for this positive proactive post. I hope this stays up for a long time because we really need to see and hear more of this. I am starting to see a few RON PAUL signs out in my area not to many yet but this gives me hope that we are getting the message out there.

The war mongers were tough
The war mongers were tough to deal with as well, as they honestly believe war is the only option to protect this country. I was able to convince one of these people to think differently by relating it to gang violence. My point was to forget about who started it and that "someone must be a bigger man" and begin to end the violence. I also pointed out that the Middle East has been unstable for centuries, and us being there isn't going to make them quit fighting. I said bring our troops home from all over the world and place them at ports, borders, and ariports and see how many terrorists get through. I'm guessing not very many!
I have a similar experience
at work I discovered the in the "closet" Ron Paul employees and changed the mind of three people. I think the biggest obstacle is fear to think different than the war mongers, not knowing that we (the not so war mongers) are the majority and the war mongers are really the fringe.
what exactly are you putting on your window?
Great job!

I made stencils with some
I made stencils with some heavy duty paper, lamination film, and some manual labor to cut the letter out. The stencils are real durable and I use windshield chalk paint that you can buy at Walmart. Lay the stencil on the windshield and 20 minutes later you have a professional looking design. Most people think I paid for it.
I have a couple of different designs
Ron Paul Revolution
Google Ron Paul
Web Address (Small and Large font)
RP decals
Check on ebay, there are large RP window decals for about 30 bucks
I got mine from
RonPaulNow.com for about $20.00, it's easy to apply and very impactful.
