Bought an AR-15
this afternoon. Its not in my hands yet, paid for it but the instant background check with the FBI came back showing "delayed". No reason for that to happen, not a felon,not wanted, Honorable Discharge from the military. Have to wait for a verdict on the sale. Anyone else run into this problem?
The whole idea
is to make everyone a criminal. Incarcerate everyone.

This video nicely outlines the way so many Brits detest the draconian laws brought in by the New Labour Regime. This is the handiwork of Tony Blair, a man feted on the lecture circuit of the USA, paid thousands of dollars to grin and giggle about his time in power. This man will shortly be removed from his sinecure (the Arab-Israeli conflict has not been helped one iota by him) when President Obama takes office tomorrow.

Tony Blair, together
with Bush and John Howard gives many a very foul taste in mouth. Nobody I know supports Blair, not back then, not now, not ever.
But why the focus on one man?
The problems have been going on for years. And long before TB came into power. I returned to the UK at the end of the Thatcher era - devastating. The deterioration of society was already well in place. Long live Libertarianism - and true Libertarians.

A few points to bear in mind.
1. That video is a few years old. I think Tony Martin was still locked up then. He was freed in 2003.
2. It was a field sports demo put on by the Country Side Alliance. Mainly fox hunt supporters. Some interest in guns-for-sport. Alot closer to the NRA than the GOA.

BUTTE, MT -- Two illegal aliens, Raphael Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza,
26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old
Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.
It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana
and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.
Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the
front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and
grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the
first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the
11-year-old's knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen
and genitals.
When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left
shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before
medical help could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber
handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim,
50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to
the chest.
Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, & MSNBC, CNN, or
ABC news........an 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home
and herself......against two murderous, illegal aliens .......and she
wins, she is still alive.
Now that is Gun Control.

First thing the Brits can do is use the blackmarket to rearm
themselves. Second thing is concentrating on freeing Tony Martin. Urban Brits need to organize and daily protest where he is being held carrying signs "Free Tony Martin" or "Legalize Self Defense". Do so until he is released. Stay the course. Don't give up. Third thing is go to court house if the second criminal in this case prosecutes Martin. When that dude comes outside a crowd should be waiting for him with a blanket and throw a big party. Note: People in wheelchairs don't break and enter. Fourth thing is create a referendum to repeal the law. With enough signatures on a petition to repeal, a vote by the people will be ensured. Make it happen.

Who will resist?
It will be interesting to see how the people of this country resist losing their guns. If you are paying attention you know that since they can't get the guns they are going for the ammunition now. In June of this year all ammo must be "coded". In 2012 all un-coded ammo must be turned in or destroyed. Guess we'll see how many people turn in their ammo and reloading equipment, or be willing to become felons for keeping them. It's the same old trick they have been using for over a hundred years, i.e., if you can't do it through the front door just go in through the back.
