Real ID update - HR140 used to penalize states

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.140:

"We want to insure that all people who have followed our work and/or supported our efforts are aware of a new piece of legislation that has been filed in the U.S. House of Representatives. H.R.140 would impose a fine upon a state equal to 2% of specific national highway funding for not complying with the Real ID Act 2005. For each consecutive year such a state would be fined an additional 2%, thus the second year would cost a state 4% and the third year 6% and so on.

We have maintained the DHS and other supporters of Real ID were using coercion to get states to comply with Real ID. The Secretary of DHS is provided the unfettered discretion to add to the restrictions of those who do not have a Real ID compliant driver's license."

Currently, once Real ID is implemented:

*

a citizen would not be able to fly commercially,

*

enter a federal building,

*

or a nuclear facility.

DHS does allow that "alternative" documents can be used, but those alternative documents would also enroll citizens into a single global biometric system. This, for example, is the case with a Real ID compliant driver's license.

H.R. 140 changes the tactics used by Real ID proponents from COERCION to EXTORTION. One must ask, What happened to DHS's position that compliance with the Real ID Act 2005 is voluntary?

Real ID and the proposed legislation to repeal Real ID, S.B. 717 (fox dressed in sheep's clothing) destroy the First, Fourth and Tenth Amendments.

In one three year period alone DHS released $230 million dollars for CCTV (Surveillence Cameras)!! States are deploying such cameras at unprecedented levels. In the United Kingdom there is 1 camera for every 12 people. We are following right in the U.K.'s footsteps. Experts have called for a world biometric agency.

When is this meat going to get removed???

I can't stand looking at the blood much longer.

This same bill was introduced last year and died. You can find it at govtrack along with this one.

Now, a slight bend to this topic. Not being one to encourage what borders paranoia, I didn't want to bring up previous post about the switch to digital tv from analog that was rolling around a couple of times. With this re-intro of the RealID legislation I got digging around for new information and came across below references to RFID chip which uses UHF and also VHF. I don't know much about all this frequency stuff but this gives me reason to suspect not so pure motives to clear the way for not so future plans.

Well, then the people

need to start with-holding their taxes from the federal government.

That was the real reason for the Civil War.

The South exported agricultural products and imported manufactured products. Most of the federal government revenue was from tariffs collected on imports, and most of these collections took place at Southern ports.

The Southerners felt that they were bearing the burden of most of the cost of the federal government. And when they did secede a substantial portion of the revenue of the federal government disappeared, prompting Lincoln to use force to prevent the Confederacy from becoming an independent nation. Can't let the golden tax paying goose go, you know!

Unfortunately today, if we all stopped paying federal tax, the federal government initially would just use the federal reserve bank to print up and loan them the money to cover the shortfall. We would simultaneously need to begin using only gold and silver coins as money to thwart their further taking of purchasing power from us by debasing the value of their fraudulent money supply.

I think the end result would be Civil War II. I find it interesting that the effort is just getting under way at the state level to begin a parallel gold based monetary system and also to reactivate the militia which has not existed or been organized since the first Civil War. The national guard is not the militia, but is just a reserve part of the federal army.

Read "Constitutional Homeland Security" by Dr. Ed. Viera, and then sit down with your state senator and representative to get them up to speed.
