Riots are inevitable...

...they predictably occur when the economic situation is bad. Something happens to raise everyone's hope, but the hope doesn't materialize. Add a spark, and BOOM!
While I am not a pessimist, I am convinced that there will be major riots breaking out, not just here in the "D", but in urbania across America. I don't know if they will be this summer or next, but I am confident they are coming. God help us all that there are no 'sparks', but the MSM seems pledged to bombard us with stories of potential sparks every minute of every day. Hang on to your hats, and everything else you can! I pray I am wrong on this...

In the areas of the worst rioting they will send in troops
and impose martial law. There are not enough troops to enforce a nationwide declaration of martial law but we will likely see it in many urban areas this year. That's my cheery New Year's prediction. I fervently hope to be proven wrong.
