Giving up your Social Security number is the FIRST step to being FREE. That number is what makes YOU a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, and bound by all of the Acts and Statutes that run the United States.

Although you think you are, you are NOT required to have a SS number.
When you were born, your parents filled out a birth certificate (Not REQUIRED) and a Social Security Application (ALSO NOT required)
These two items basically gave you to the Federal United States and the State you were born in. This created a Contract between you and the Govt.
Then, you continued confirming that you agree to this contract by using your social security number to make even more deals in the Corporate U.S., ie. Drivers License, Registartion, etc.

It sounds really good but only if you're an employee of someone else. Otherwise you can enjoy the best of both world; in other words, you can make money, pay little or no taxes and still be able to buy guns and get a house. I don't enjoy hassles and I don't see how any of this could be anything but a big hassle. Sorry, I really want someone to tell me what they expect to gain from it...

Basically it comes down to this.
The best way to fight the power is to work inside the system while bringing it down from the inside out.
It becomes very complicated to get out of the system you're trying to bring down and then try to take down the walls that guard it from the outside.
Destroying the city from the inside is so much easier.
What about the
Birth Certificate? Does opting out of the SS number trump the BC? What about all legal documents with your name in all caps? Are you not still in the system in this way?

This utilizes the Remedy section of the Uniform Commercial Code, and verifies that even though you are signing, you are NOT giving up any rights.
You should actually re-visit ALL of your legal documents and either get rid of them or at LEAST add 308
Another facet to consider
If you have a bank account and deal in Fed notes, you are obligated to pay income tax based on language in the bank's application (contract) which states that you agree to follow federal statutes that make you liable for the tax. Many of the exact details escape me at the moment, but it's all spelled out in "Invisible Contracts" by George Mercier.
The main thrust of this is that once you have entered into a contract, that contract supercedes EVERY other right you might have (including Constitutional protections) if the contract were not in place. Nice, huh?
HOWEVER...
It MAY be true that IF you endorse all of your checks as follows, you are effectively not dealing in Fed notes but rather debt free US notes issued directly from the treasury (the same US notes that JFK championed):
"Redeemed in lawful money pursuant to Title 12 USC, §411.
John Henry, dba JOHN HENRY DOE"
Because Fed notes are private debt notes, you are bound to the terms of their use which are enforced via the banks' contracts. However, US notes have never been formally repealed and are still considered legal tender.

I'm 42 been driving since I was 16
My trucks were bought with cash and my mortgage is really the only thing that they might know of. My name is "altered" on all my ID since I had my wallet stolen back in 95. When i got my SS reinstated i changed my name stightly on the application so It doesn't match my ID on my drivers licence. Oh and I don't use credit cards and only use debit from one bank in Canada also altered my name on that account.
I'm in Canada right now but who knows where I'll be next month. maybe back in the states.
