I imagine what you and I just saw and felt from watching that clip is similar to what the average American sees and feels when RP people parade through the street in Colonial regalia and such. That "Really??!!?" feeling is what I think turned a lot of people off.

Chillax, it is what they are after. Stop and ask yourself a few questions.
Do you believe those people are really there, calling up the devil and trying to weave satanic spells? They are not. They are men and women who were molested by their priest, or father, or just found Jesus' message did not speak to their heart, or for some reason they sought communion with the divine on another path. They probably bought a lie, but they are still good people doing the best they can. We have been programmed to fear anything different, ESPECIALLY about religions. Rather than fume about where this nation or these people are going, consider the lies that YOU may have bought into, that cause you to react emotionally in a manner that closes off communication with people. If I were there (no desire, thanks) I would hop in, grab a broom, and sweep with all my heart. What does it hurt? It is an old tradition from old pagan ways. Not everything pagan is occult, a lot of it just "old wives tales." Old wives used to take their broom and try to sweep out bad "ethers" or "spirits" or whatever. Yessirree, I'd sweep! And I would reach out to these people, not fear them.
Please consider this: Anything you learned before about age 9 was probably NEVER viewed with critical analysis. I know that from hypnotist training; the people playing mind games with the masses know this, too.
