Not only was the oath not spoken correctly, it also didn´t happen at the right time! It was too late. The constitution demands the oath to be spoken at exactely noon, 12.00h. But Obama did it at 12.07 !!! According to the 20th ammendment, the old President leaves office at exactely 12.00 noon. BEFORE that, the new President must have spoken the oath to be constitutional!
I wonder, why nobody has recognized this or why no one has mentioned this violation of the constitution??? There is just one important moment in this whole ceremony and they just miss it ?????

And also, Obama is said to be President Nr. 44. Thats false too! He is Nr. 43. Because Pres. Cleveland was Nr. 22 AND 24. That was the same person, so Obama had 42 antecessors. So this is wrong too!
AND Obama is no natural born citizen! He was born in Kenia!

And neither do the masses. In fact, they think they live in a democracy and the majority has spoken so the constitution is trumped. Don't let his infractions bug you---keep focused on educating others about freedom and liberty. There will be no shortage of examples to choose from soon.

I recall reading that particular phrase from Obama's speech.
The actual term, that Obama applied to those advocating smaller government and freedom, was to say that such attitudes and thinking were "stale". (I wonder if he'd be willing to apply the same assessment to the laws of mathematics.) Obama is going about attempting to institute more of the failed policies of the Hoover/FDR administration (and those following administrations).....and he calls the notions of freedom and limited government "stale"?
Dr. Paul's assessment is made even more ominous when one considers the fact that, at this moment, there are busy little members of the NEA who, as foot soldiers for this government growth crusade, are doing their part inculcating teenagers with this mish mosh; teens who, in four more years, will be of voting age. The educational institutions are the kitchens in which these philosophies have been prepared and served up to us, our children and, for many of us, our grandchildren. I have seen a few teens post on this site and of course, that was very encouraging to see. I wish we could engage a more effective means of contact with young people.

To expand on that..
If you're trying to make government work, you're going to be chasing the impossible. You're going to be throwing money into it and creating programs, and patchwork, in order to make something work that can't. It's going to keep getting bigger but even more malfunctioning, because government by its nature can't work better than the private sector. So Obama, in trying to make "government work," is of course is going to make government bigger.

When I first heard about Dr. Paul I got onto NPR and asked them what they thought about Dr. Paul because I said his message really connected to me. I will never forget the words out of Juan Williams mouth:
"He's too much of an idealogue"
Dr. Paul made a very good point that their ideology is not weaker then ours, just more covert and subversive to individual liberty. The Fabian Marxist symbol is a wolf in sheep's clothing, let everyone know its the consequences of actions that matter not only words.

Dr.Paul & the emailer should have
quoted on, in Obama's speech.
"Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will END. Those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government."
That's something I think Dr.Paul could write. & i sincerely hope Ron focuses on this & makes recommendations to Gov. programs that are not working & wasting $$.
Dr.Paul & less Gov. supporters should focus on this.

Ahhhh, I get it. It was a bait and switch. Obama's not really going to implement that socialist-nationalist crap he ran his campaign on. That was only to pacify the masses and get elected. Now that he's in the White House the real "change" can begin. Get rid of redundant incompetent government agencies and regulations. Cut out bloated domestic and overseas spending. Bring home our military, and give Congress back the authority to coin money, and abolish the 16th amendment, the Federal Reserve Bank, and the IRS. Close the boarders for a more sensible and fair immigration policy. Restore freedom and liberty by reversing and challenging Supreme Court decisions that bastardized the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Remove all infringement from the 2nd amendment, and give the people back their privacy and security by getting rid of the FICA act. He's going to remove us from the World Court, NWO, NATO, CFR, TLC, and restore sovereignty to the United States. Obama is also going to restore property rights.(where no one can take your land or property without your consent.) He's also going to remove all the money for the TARP fund and allow the States, banks and corporations to "sink or swim," while transferring the funds to Social Security and allow young workers to save for their own retirement, and create real capital for future investments. Did I forget anything? That Barack...He's such a kidder.

This is a tactic that YT employs on videos they'd rather you not see. It happens nearly everyday to me, and only on liberty and truth videos. Remember, all you have to do in the future is refresh the webpage and the video will work--they are outright lying to you and censoring videos. Surely I'm not the only one who has noticed this trickery? Maybe someone should sue them?
